We (3) were there for 7 days. The room was tiny. We didn't have room for anything. We hardly had space for our suitcases. The bathroom was too small. When we asked for a bigger room they made the effort but the hotel was full. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, just 2 minutes away from the tube station and the neighborhood is quite safe. Breakfast was basic: coffee, butter, bread, cheese and cereal. Remember that It's a 3 star hotel in British standarts so don't expect much. No other facilities in the hotel, so if you're planning on staying in the hotel to have fun, it won't work.

Like this small hotel a lot! The hotel is very nice and in a good position, just few steps from Earl's Court undergrond. Staff is very kind and room are small but confortable and clean. We suggest to work on the breakfast, is not very rich.

In general, it is a very good hotel. But several things may be improved : 1 / in the room number 2 : improve the silence by changing a part of the Windows ! they are in the style but ... let fresh air pass thru... 2 / Breakfast : the staff should change the orange juice and apple juice far away of our views. It is not very professionnal to change them in front of us... The orange juice becomes not so magic. 3 / no international TV channels... what ????

I was traveling with my girlfriend and we stayed 4 nights at the Rushmore Hotel. Location of the hotel was excellent, the breakfast quality was good but the quantity was horrible and very simple (not very healthy things and no food with proteins in it). Staff was friendly all the time. In the rooms you could hear the noise of the road and due to a shared window with the neighbor room (!) you could hear any noise or movement out of it, although the space in the room was enough for two people. The bath was also good. Another quite poor thing was the cleanliness: we had a few stains on the bedclothes and a few hairs from former occupants in the room. Finally, I would rate the price-to-quality quotient as quite OK, as I think the prices in such a location close to an underground station are normally higher in London. Although, I won't go to the hotel anymore, mainly because i expect more offerings for breakfast.

Very nice and helpful staff, interior requires a serious makeover (photos are not current) but otherwise comfortable and suited our needs. The breakfast was continental and should satisfy most healthy eaters. The reality is do not expect too much as it falls in line with typical London prices.

We had a change of plans and extended our stay. The staff was very accommodating. Our first few nights were in the family room on the top floor. It was a large, comfortable room. The rest of our stay was in a double room with two twin beds. The breakfast room is nice and offers yogurt, granola, variety of breads, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Earl's Court tube station is literally just around the corner - a 30 second walk so it very convenient.

We booked this hotel last minute, escaping from an airport hotel...What a difference! The staff was so friendly, nice, and accommodating. Great location, just steps from a tube station. Very quiet, comfortable neighborhood, so pleasant to stroll. Good restaurants and pubs in the area, all in a walking distance. The room may be small but clean and cozy. The room we stayed had a nice balcony, so it would have been lovely if it were summer. I'd definitely want to go back there again, this time for a longer stay!

I'm just wondering how this place has got the Michelin's and Tripadvisor's recommendations. The room and the hole hotel was quite shappy. Specially blankets were disgusting. The room was very spacious and clean. The noise from the street and from other rooms was disturbing. The modest breakfast in the ice cold conservatory was some kind of experience. The location just next to the Earls's Court station was good. Unfortunately the hotels in London are either awful or very expensive.

Hotel was nice even if old.People working in the hotel were very kind. I had room n. 40 which was at the fourth floor in the attic without lift and with very tight stairs. In our room there was not hot water in the shower and the room was cold because the radiator was broken. The batroom was very very very small. In our room there was a sofà so old and dirty that its color yellow had become brown. Moquette was very old.

Room was clean and two beds provided, not three as promised. Room was quite noisy as it was a lower level at the street. No A/C and though there were ceiling fans, there was no way to turn them on and turn OFF the lights. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was frankly not worth calling breakfast. Should have a lower rate that doesn't include this 'breakfast'. We ate out instead. Location was excellent.

Martina was very helpful when it came to how to get around the city. It is just steps away from the underground which is very convenient. Some good restaurants close by, including pubs of course. We enjoyed the Irish pub a 5 minute walk past the tube station and Masala for excellent Indian food(across the street from the hotel.) We would stay here again HOWEVER be warned that the stairs to the second floor and beyond are steep and grueling, with or without luggage!!

Familjerummet i källarplanet var rejält rymligt, vi hade gott om plats och till och med egen soffa. Städning och skötsel samt frukosten låg tydligt över den nivå vi fått vid besök på andra hotell i samma prisklass.

We had a room for four people and the room was great. It was large ,clean and quiet comfortable. The hotel is located very close to a major train station and buses that will get you to anywhere you want to go while in London. Breakfast was fresh and substancial. Our only issue was a toilet that wouldn't flush properly that took a couple of days to sort out, other than that we would reccomend it to families that are travelling to London. One thing to think about is there are no lifts and lots of stairs to get to your room if you are carrying heavy luggage.

First time staying at Hotel Rushmore, in a single room with the smallest shower I've ever seen, 60 x 60 cm. Impossible to shut the door to the shower, impossible to move. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean and ok. Queensize bed, ok space with chair and table, tv and waterboiler, tea and coffee. Nice breakfastroom, toast, cheese, fruit and marmelade, no waiting to be seated. I will most definately stay here again, and I recommend the hotel, but maybe check out the size of the bathroom/shower if you are slightly claustrophobic... Great location, 2 min. from the tube.

The location of Hotel Rushmore is excellent, only 100 metres from the Earl's Court underground station in Piccadilly line connecting Heathrow Airport and many major tourist attractions. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helped us for example to reserve a guided tour in Cambridge. We got a room for 4, so it was more spacious than the ordinary doubles. But it was below the street level and next to the breakfast room. So, we had no window out and no day light in the room. The breakfast was OK: coffee, juices, yoghurt, corn flakes, fruits.

Hotel was as we expected. The location nearby the next tube station is absolutely great. Our room was on the top floor. Due to missing lift service it was always an exhausting climb to go to the 4th floor (but we're young, so what...) Our room was a family room: Really a lot of space for two people. The bathroom wasn't so nice (old and partly damaged interior). Breakfast ok, but not the same as german standard.

We loved this place. Very good athmosphere- typically british. Room was very small and one could hear the other guests on the floor very well- but we didn´t mind because of our cosy room. Breakfast:we don´t like cereals and toast so much, so we missed some dark bread. And there was´nt too much for to put on the toast... no ham, just one sort of cheese... But: for 4 days it was okay... and we would definitly choose the same b§b again, if we´d come back.

The staff at The Rushmore deserve special thanks and recognition--those who worked the desk, the housekeepers, and the persons who had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us each morning.
