Elegant building with spacious lobby. Our Club room was spotlessly clean (very important to us), quiet and modern. Staff quietly professional e.g. when sorting out payment problem. Booked room only but the advertised breakfast on the day was good value. Good location.

The Venere.com rate of 100 GBP per night for a standard (if small) twin room was a true value. The hotel is clean and is near interesting London sites. The staff was helpful. Reluctantly, we decided to try the continental breakfast in spite of the extra charge for what appeared in their literature to be a meager meal, but it turned out to be a sumptuous spread that was professionally served in a lovely dining room. The continental breakfast deserves more accurate coverage in the hotel literature/publicity.

It was the first time at this hotel. Superb location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Regency rooms are too small and the insulation is very poor. If you have another room above you, impossible to sleep because of the cracking noise when somebody walks.
