Pacific Hotel - London

Breakfast was OK, still same every morning. Our room was on ground floor at the building corner. First night we couldn't sleep because of noise from outside. Other nights we were to tired to hear anything.

Nice and friendly staff. Perfect location very close to Paddington station. I can well consider staying here again.

The hotel is old and the bathroom too small. The first room we get was terrible, it was downstairs... The guy at the reception was so kind to move us upstairs, definitely better. Good start to see main places and real close to Paddington station.

L'albergo corrisponde per ciò che riguarda le foto dell esterno e dell interno dell edificio,ma è scarsa se non assente la pulizia e il cambio della biancheria durante la permanenza in hotel.

El hotel es demasiado caro para como es. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas y en el baño es imposible que quepan dos personas porque es minúsculo, y de la ducha mejor ni hablar. El recepcionista nos quiso tomar el pelo porque le pedimos un taxi para las 4,30 a.m para ir a la estacion y coger un tren que nos llevara al aeropuerto y nos cobró 30 libras ( cuando sabíamos que si lo coges en la calle es la mitad). Nosotros queríamos pagarle cuando el taxi estuviera allí pero fue al revés. Hasta que no le pagamos (para lo que insistió varias veces con muy poca educación) no llamó a su amigo ( porque no era un taxi) para que viniera a recogernos, con lo cual perdimos el tren. Y encima se pusieron a trapichear delante de nosotras con el dinero haciéndonos perder más tiempo. Una vergüenza.

We got a wrong room for the first night, a double in stead of a twin. A noisy one with traffic outside. we had to pay in advance even if it stood in my reservation that we could pay after the visit, which had been better for us because we could have used our cash first and then the credit card. Once we got a wrong telephone call from the reception at 2.30 at night, without an excuse. The room was not cleaned last day and we had only wet towels. The service was not very kind and we felt us not so welcome.

Very friendly staff. Small, but clean room. Very good breakfast.Will stay there next time in London

I don't understand how this can be a 3 star hotel. The room was much to small to room the facilities described, and the beds were horrible. The location is good and the staff was friendly, but I would not recommend their taxi service. The price was said to be 20 pounds. When I was leaving, the reception clerk wanted me to pay 25. The driver of the car was told 17.

Hotel was not as described on the web site.The room was too narrow and noisy and a little bit dirty.Breakfast only in british way.The only positive thing is it was very close to paddington station.

First room offered was very large, but against a road with heavy traffic, much noice and exhaust. Room offered after complaint, was much smaller but against back yard, very quiet. Food very very good.

It's all Ok!!!
