This is what you will get at this hotel: ROOMS: Clean rooms. Little space in the room, you can barely turn around the bed. No closet, but only few shelves and hanger to hang something. TV with italian (canale 5), english, deutch, arabian, spanish channels. Your trolley must be stuck closed somewhere, for example behind the door.No air conditioning, just a fan. BATHROOM: Very little. Microscopic sink. No bidet. No shampoo or shower soap. Just 2 little soap bar for hands on the sink. Hair dryier provided (very powerful). BREAKFAST: Two breakfastrooms, quite crowded with people. You will find: Slices of bread (you can put them in a toaster), slices of cheese, milk, american coffee (no italian coffee),orange juice, cereals (only the basic Kellog's type), butter, marmelade (apricot, strawberry, cranberry, raspberry). Do not expect anything else. INTERNET CONNECTION: Wi-Fi: 2 pounds/hour, 3 pounds/2 hour, 5 pounds/3 hours. If you do not have a pc you can use one of the 2 pc of the hotel at 4 pounds/hour (0,07 pence/minute). NOTE: You must check out the room by the 11.00. If you want to leave your luggages at the hotel after you check-out your room you must pay 5 pounds for each bag!

The hotel is placed near the subway station. The service at this hotel is not good. We had a quad-room in the basement but could not sleep the first night because of some drunk germans in the other rooms. The hotel-employees did nothing to stop the noice as it continued until 3 in the night. When we asked to get a room in a more quiet zone in the hotel the next day we had to pay extra for this. The breakfast was poor and we often had to wait for as much as half an hour for a table. We will never use this hotel again.

The hotel is located 100 mts from Earls Court Metro station that takes you to the airport for 1,30 Lbs. It is on a nice street full of little hotels, and 150 mts from a line of restaurants. Two stops of metro and you are in the museum zone: Science,Victoria & Albert , Natural history. Paying 20 Lbs extra we had an early check in. The room had a water heater with teabags (we brought our own mate). They clean the room everyday and change the towels. The main weak points were that for an internet connection we had to buy 1hr, 3 hrs or 5hrs for 2, 5 or 8Lbs respectively and they had to be used in the following 24 hrs. The breakfast was plain and a little crowded. You had to ask for warm milk. Obviously this minor inconveniences donot affect the excelent service and value of a well managed hotel. They have a person permanently at the desk and someone in charge of fixing things, one day we couldn´t open the safe and it wasbecause the battery was worn out. In ten minutes they sent the guy that opened it and replaced the battery. Portuguese is spoken fluently by the employees. We had an excellentstay and we strongly reccommend it as a clean and efficient hotel.

Employees very kind and welcoming!the bathroom was very big, if we consider London standards. I've been 3 times in London, and this has been the best, for hotel location, kindness and availability of people. I would defenitely recommend this property.

The heating and the room telephone weren't working properly, but the rest was fine. I enjoyed my stay there, it was more or less what I had expected.

London is an expensive city, specially in terms of hotels. For me the quality of the hotel is as I expected, good for the price. The room was clean and quite new, although the room itself was quite small. We went at the end of September and we had to sleep with the window open because the room was really warm. Maybe in the summer time it will be too hot.

Everything extra like store luggage is payed as extra-charge - £5. take an electric current adaptor because if you don´t take it, it´ll cost you £5 in the reception...apart from this is a good quality-price option, quite close from tube and bus;

We arrived at 11.30am exhausted but could not check in until 2pm so we had to put bags in luggage room and go back out until room was ready- partly our fault for arriving early.. We were then given a room in the hotel anex which is down the street from the main hotel- the room was tiny and when the window was openned a smell of gas and sewage came in. We rang the main reception to complain but could not get a room change until the next day. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful so cannot fault them on this matter.. They gave us directions every morning to help us find our way! and they were very chatty and welcoming each evening. We did not avail of breakfast in the hotel as it was down in a basement and not very appealing. There is a lovely little coffee shop 2mins away! Location of the Hotel is wonderful and recommended. Just make sure to get a room in the main hotel building!

Good value hotel with excellent location very close to Earls Court subway(picadilly line). Friendly staff, continental breakfast.Small but nice room, ggod bathroom, a little minus for not properly cleaned on arrival (dirty cups etc) but after the first night cleaned alright. Fourth stay in London and by far the best hotel!

At arrival the room that was proposed to me was a dark basement with a "window" in a street hole. There was 40 cm space around the bed.Refused the "room" of course.Another one was proposed,same dimensions,as dark,in the same hole.I refused,I called the police.Finally 1 night fee was retained.

Thie place is great. Although it was cramped, the room was clean and tidy and the staff were cheerful and helpful. You can't argue with the rates- i paid 51 quid for a double en suite room including a decent breakfast (just cereal, toast and tea mind, nothing extravagant) but all in all considering the close proximity to Earls court and the lovely street on which htis hotel is situated you cant ask for anything more. Wireless access capped off a good stay- i even sayed an extra night as it was so convenient.
