New England Hotel - London

The only advantage is the location. It is a really very dirty, not taken care, and very low quality hotel. Disgusting rooms as the carpet, bedcover and bedsheets are concerned. They are dirty over used and disgusting.One small soap for 2 people for 3 days.... Staff unpolite, the only objective is to gain money without offering any right services. The so called breakfast is better to be neglected. For 100 pound/night for a room like that is a scandal.Better to forget about this place for ever. Do not distroy your state in London being there!!!

Close to public Transport. Easy access to Hop on Hop off tour stop. Walking distance to Shopping Centre. Has an elevator but still had to drag luggage up/down some stairs. We had 2 adults and 2 young children so there was limited space, but the accomodation was suitable for our needs.

No public areas, not hall. Very simple continental breakfast.No fridge in the room.Small bathroom without soap for shower. Room's hairdryer broken.Stairs quite dusty

Ottimo hotel (anche se in realtà è un Bed & Breakfast). Pulito, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, forse poco adatto ad una famiglia con bimbi per gli spazi un pò angusti (ma a Londra sotto le 3 stelle sono tutti uguali). Le camere sono tutte nuove e sufficentemente spaziose (sempre per gli standard di Londra). Ho visitato Londra altre 4 volte ma questo è l'albergo forse migliore. Gentilissimo il personale. La colazione è più che sufficente per le mie esigenze ma non vi aspettate pancetta, formaggio o uova. Insomma, noi siamo stati benissimo.

Decepción total. De acuerdo que es un bed & breakfast (conocía el concepto pero no su significado "real")pero no me ha gustado nada. Si llegas tarde, la llave la tienes ¡en una maceta!en la calle. A la primera mañana, ni una sonrisa, ni preguntar ¿que tal el viaje?, nada.Hay que pagar por adelantado ¿?(viajo a menudo y nunca me lo habían exigido).La habitación limpia pero muy pequeña. Ni un armario. Sólo 4 perchas de alambre para ropa. El baño era tan pequeño como el del último crucero en barco.La ducha, fija.Por supuesto, no tenían (ni en recepción, donde nunca había nadie) gorro de ducha,gel o pasta de dientes.Y jabón 1 pastillita, y sin envoltorio. Y todo esto por 100 pounds/día. Lo unico bueno, su cercanía a Victoria Station.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was decent size, and we had a nice view of the street below. Very helpfull front desk. Would definately stay again.

The room was very small and the breackfast could be improved. Welcoming was nice and employees very kind. Dispite what was written in your site, we had payed in advance and not at the end of our holiday.
