I thought the room needed some updating especially the carpeting the old hair dryer should be elimated from the bathroom and updated room was quiet we mostly used the back entrance and multiple times the door man was missing wish there was a coffe maker in the room i would return to the hotel

Did not appreciate the service, they had a trainee that could not understand what I wanted and did my bill incorrect and then we left some cd's in the room and I emailed them and have heard nothing. They also had a fire drill right when leaving to check out and they said it was not a drill and to evacuate immediately in which I did and ended up leaving my bags. They need to get it together for a five star hotel.

The six-story Landmark London offers 300 oversized guestrooms averaging 55 square meters.Luxurious and elegant with classic overtones, each guestroom features soft fabrics in a subtle colour scheme of golden beiges, soft yellows and blues to create a warm and welcoming environment.
Desks with black-marble tops all have high-speed email and Internet access, plus international power converters for travellers from the US, Europe and Japan.
Heating and ventilation is individually controlled, and all rooms have very spacious white marble bathrooms, the majority with separate bathtubs, walk-in shower and double vanity units.
