It was what I expected. I travelled with my son (23 years) and my daughter (25)

Our room was clean, the staf is friendly and the hotel has a nice breakfast room. We slept well, but the mattress on our bed was a little too old.

This hotel is in a great location, about six blocks from the Bayswater underground station, which is just one stop away from Paddington Station which has an express train to Heathrow. The room was okay in size, bed comfortable, reasonably quiet. We had a bath with shower in room. We were three flights up with no elevator. There is a small safe in the room, inside a little wardrobe. The breakfast is cereal, toast and fruit with decent coffee or tea. Breakfast room is in basement. There is an okay pub just across the street, the Prince Edward, and several others nearby which looked okay but we did not have a chance to try them. There also is a laundromat and convenience type store between hotel and the underground station. Internet is available for 2 pounds per hour. The hotel was initially hard to find because we did not realize how the buildings are numbered on streets called squares (the numbers go around the block). We are glad we stayed here rather than a Holiday Inn!

Small rooms, old building, but clean rooms, fine service and nice location. Breakfast is poor.

I will never go again and never recommend the hotel to others. Location is ok, still a little bit far away from the station. Price is ok but the facility is bad. Noise, small, no lift. Most owefully, the staff there is very mean! Sorry for the words but it is true. We were so angry with them and decided to leave 2 days earlier than planned (3 days).

I was 5 nights in the hotel. The problem is that I booked a complete room, but when I got there, they said that I had booked a room with shared bathroom. It was clean and it was always free.

Hotel très bien situé mais ne pas prendre la chambre 1 car à coté de la réception et donc on est réveillé par tout ce qui se passe (sonnette, telephone...)

The room was quite spacious for the price (which was not the case with the en-suite facilities though). The major issue we had with our hotel is that it was pretty noisy on the streets at night. We could hear it in the room and even if we closed the windows, it did not really help much.

We just spent there one Saturday night (meaning we just used the room for sleeping a few hours and then left). Everything was ok, that is, if you've been in London before and know the kind of rooms you get for this price (really, really small, old, etc.). It's a nice, quite central and convenient location and we've stayed in worse places on other ocasions... Nothing to write home about, though!

se non si hanno grandi pretese e l'unico scopo della vostra visita è quello di visitare londra, l'hotel fa al caso vostro...in una posizione ottimale, vicino alla metro e alla fermata degli autobus, in un tranquillo e ridente quartiere

the main interest of this hotel is that it is located in the heart of London. Tha area is residential, near the central line. Very useful to enjoy your stay in the city. Let's say that the price is cheap for the area.

The staff were excellent. Our room was upgraded twice at no extra cost to us and because we were out the second time, they packed up for us. What a very pleasant surprize. Should we return, we would use your hotel again.

Room was small, but efficient. No soap provided in wash room, noisy outside, owing to the area. Staff was very helpful, food was good.

All in all, quite a good stay, bearing in mind price/quality. A good bunk for the night, conveniently situated for the West End. For the time of year (February), the room was more than warm enough, if a little on the small side. The breakfast room in the basement should be spruced up.

if you are looking for something cheap (compared with other london hotels) and you don't pay too much attention to room (really small, not so clean and little bit noisy) this hotel can be what you are looking for. It's really close to city centre and to subway and bus stops.

The twin room and the common bathroom we payed for were not clean enough. The towels were not changed and the dust-bins were not emptied. We visit an other B&B in London for a friend and it was much better for the same price! I will not recommend the B&B Kensington Court Hotel.

I think they have to work a bit more in cleaning room, changing sheet more often. People are friendly and the position and zone are really good and nice, neat tube, near the main busses. I think is a good quality/price ratio.
