In a word... awful

That was the worst hotel we ever had.

Hotel bien ubicado en zona de hoteles ,cerca de estacion de metro,sector seguro,personal atento,relacion precio/calidad regular, necesita cambiar cortinas y silla/butaca de la habitacion estan en muy mal estado y dan mal aspecto..baño de avion incorporado a la habitacion...muy pequeño,se puede conseguir mejor hotel por el mismo precio en el sector...no volveria....

This hotel is in a great location but needs to be updated. There was every imaginable pattern in the room, not representative of the photographs. We had a family room which had a good layout with a loft. But the bathroom was a prefabricated structure, similar to that found on an airplane. It had two sides; first for the toilet, then the shower and vanity, quite scary. So once the shower has been used forget about using the vanity without shoes on. We were never sure whether the towels were dirty since the maid would leave them hanging throughout the room wherever was convenient such as over the chairs since the bathroom was too small to hang even a face cloth. The beds were never made properly as in the photographs either. The desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. So for someone traveling alone with no plans of staying in the room other than to sleep it may be a good deal. But I won’t be back.

Wenn man nicht rechtzeitig zum Frühstück geht, bekommt man keinen Platz und muss Schlange stehen. Das kleine Badezimmer war eher ein enges Duschklo, das für stabile Leute eher nicht geeignet ist. Die Aufteilung der vier Betten war sehr schön und intelligent gelöst(zwei Etagen Zimmer.

Good price/quality ratio. Simply normal clean B&B. Very basic continental breakfast. Although advertised in venere.com description, there was no satellite TV. Good location, very close to Paddington underground/train station, but off the busy road, so rooms are quiet. Our room was on the top floor, so there were many stairs to climb - we didn't mind it, but travellers with luggage might find it difficult navigating in narrow staircase.
