Great location. Great staff, especially Ivana, who went out of her way to help me with my luggage at the checkout. Food was very plain. Room was very small, with the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. What a colourful room! The walls were sooo dark that it was an eyesore. Price was too high, as I stayed in 5 star luxury for just £20 more.

Room and bath, while small, were spotless. Sound insulated except for plumbing noise - you couldn't hear people talking in next room, but you could hear the shower running. Certainly if others came home late, you knew they were in the halls! No public space to speak of, but plenty of pubs/gathering spots around the neigborhood. Very convenient to major tube stop.

The rooms gave not more space than necessary for the bed an a chair but everything was clean and OK for this price in London. The breakfast room is rather small, so you may have to wait for a seat if you come later in the morning. But the staff is working fast to prepare the tables again.

this is just my 2nd time in London, this time with my wife..London is a very special city..public transportatin is great..the hotel rooms are really small and not confortable...other aspects of the hotel like the breakfast provided were just ok...in general hotels in London are too expensive for what they give you in return, if compared to almost other city in most visited Europe.

I only stayed at the Trebovir for one night for which the conditions were ok. The bed was clean, however one pillow had stains on it that obviously could have been removed (or the pillow case exchanged). The rooms are very small but fulfill their purpose. The mattress is super soft and not all that stable but I slept very well nonetheless. The bathroom takes a bit of getting used to, I have to say it's the smallest bathroom I've ever seen, apart from that of a camper perhaps.. But again it fulfills its purpose and all required items are present (hairdryer, shampoo, etc). The breakfast room is way too small and guests are simply seated with other guests which adds to the hostel flair of the breakfast offered in general, which clearly made some guets feel uncomfortable (including myeslf). All in all the hotel is ok and I suppose for London relatively good value for the money.

Trebovir Hotel is a clean, modern look hotel. Elevator is available but we stayed on -1 level (basement). Safe stairs are well lighted and rather narrow. Room we got has 2 beds. Tight space but livable. Bathroom is capsule-like all attached in 1 unit (making it space challenged). Hot water is instant because the heating element is on the fixture. Watch out for the extra step as you come out the front door. Noise could be a problem if hotel is full because of standard construction materials used. Breakfast is healthy and nutritious. Within Zone 1 area and has 2 lines available - Victoria & Picadilly. Safe to walk even at 2AM around the area.

A very convenient location and good value for London. The rooms were small, with ensuite like an airplane toilet! but great shower and overall clean and comfortable, with generous breakfast included and free wifi. Luggage storage available too!! The staff were helpful, polite and informative. The aircon / heater was not working properly so staff supplied an electric heater...and even turned it on early evening while we were out so the room would be warm when we came in from the snow!! We would recommend to any budget conscious travellers.

Hotels in London are just too expensive. This is a budget hotel, so you can image. The room and private bathroom are very very small. The bathroom is the same size as those in the airplane, just w/o the shower. But it has every necessary facilities, e.g. TV, a small cabinet, hairdryer. Breakfast is simple but enough. Their toast and croissant are quite good. The staffs are friendly. Location is very convenient, 2min easy walk from tube station with luggage. There are grocery shop and Nandos restaurant on the way. It is for people looking for a cheap "cabin" to just sleep, but if you want more, choose elsewhere. K+K george hotel is just across the road which is a standard hotel but double the price. Btw, no room is quiet in Treboir hotel. The front faces the road, and window has no sound proofing, so at night the sound of vehicles passing by or late people is loud. The back is even worse with the train passing by. Wifi is free and covered at the entire hotel, but it is slow in the room compared with that in other hotels.

good choise for a relaxed, functional and reasonable budget stay in London - the double room offered is a very good treat for a one person stay - don't know about the rooms below ground floor, but the rooms on the upper floors are absolutely sufficient in space - a bit of a funny merry go round to reach the room, the dining room and back to the reception, if the doors were mirrored they could easily charge for the entertainment, not for those who are in a hurry though.. one thing they should do is extend at least half an hour breakfast time as everybody walks in some minutes before 9 near to closure and you can easily find a queue in the busy periods

That was my first and last visit in Trebovir Hotel. Hotel is placed in very good localization. Close to The London Tube, close to Museums. But... its the only benefits. Its is not valid to offered price. Room was VERY small, (1 bed room arranged to 3 beds room). 1 feet between each of beds, the same between bed and the wall. No space for bags. Noise from the corridor, the noise from the room next door, the noise from the street, leaky windows, noisy air-conditioning, wide of the beds are 50 cm. During sleeping you hit your head on the bedside table. The floor creaks. The key with key ring weighs a pound. Internet in the room? There is no coverage in the room. Breakfast - I will better no comment this. Toilet, shower basin is some misunderstanding. Its a plastic capsule all in one. Its even not possible to open door over 45 degrees. Lack of ventilation in side. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.

We spent six nights at the Trebovir. The hotel room was clean, staff cleaned the bathroom and made the beds each day, and provided clean towels each day. Breakfast was good; the croissants and yogurt were yummy. The only real downside was the size of the bathroom. My son and I did not have too much trouble, but a woman would probably not want that situation for six days. There was almost no shelf space, and the shower was circular, about a meter across.

For London this very good value and location. Right next to the Earls Court tube stop, and in a neighbourhood with a lot of amenities. Rooms are all refurbished -- small but not tiny -- to be expected at this rate in central London. And actually offers a breakfast in the rate, something not found too often nowadays. Mostly cold continental, though staff do make toast for you. Very friendly desk.

I stayed with my friend in Trebovir hotel for three nights so we didn't have very high requirements from the hotel Nevertheless, we needed a clean, warm and comfortable room. The Trebovir hotel managed to meet our demands. However, we were not so happy about the fact that the room was at lower ground and we didn't have much daylight. Moreover the room was next to the breakfast room and starting 7 in the morning we heard constantly the breakfast room door and people talking next to our door while waiting in line for breakfast. Per total, the room was clean, there were no problems with heating and there was plenty of hot water. The biggest advantage of this hotel is however, its fantastic location, as the tube station is a few minutes away.

The Trebovir is exactly what I was expecting ... a smaller space for a lower cost with limited emenities. It was less than 1/2 a block from the Earl's Court tube stop, which goes to every landmark you would want to see ... Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminister Abbey, The Eye, Abbey Road, Wembley, etc. As long as your expectations are realistic you will enjoy your stay there. Clean room, decent breakfast, FREE wireless (which you won't get at the large chains)... when you are on vacation who wants to sit in your room anyways. I would stay there again.

On first blush this seems like an elegant old stately row house; however, as warned, the rooms are incredibly tiny and the washroom was even tinier. If you are above average in size, do not book this hotel. They also advertised free wifi, but once you arrive you are told you only get the service in the lobby, a lobby which is virtually a hallway. The front staff were fairly accommodating, but struggled a bit with the English language, surprisingly. The breakfast that was included is in a windowless basement and it consists of coffee, cereal, croissant, toast, jam and cheese with coffee.

Hotel was very good for surroundings (underground very close, good for food in the evening, not far from kensington road), cleaning, new furnitures and the staff was very nice. Nontheless, two things were unacceptable: - long time for seating in the breackfast room (less tables compared to the rooms). - in my room in the morning the HOT WATER did not worked!!!! Last thing , when I came in the room, it was freezing (no warm on), it was necessary to wait two hours before I was able to take off my coat! Maybe I was unfortunate, and i did not had time to ask to fix the problem, i was in a hurry all the time, but in any case I think that things like "hot water does not work" do not have to happen in any case...

Awful! The hotel has several underground rooms, small and dark, like a prison. The bathroom were so small and low, that you hardly can use it. In the morning, you have to queue to have breakfast. And the price, 109 pounds for a double room that was a single room, is really exaggerated.

The Trebovir is a typical London converted townhouse hotel, but a notch above average in terms of cleanliness and renovations. It is very conveniently located around the corner from Earl's Court tube station, and a pleasant walk or a short bus ride away from Kensington Gardens and Victoria and Albert Museum. My companion and I unexpectedly received a room with 3 beds (1 double and 2 single) even though we only needed one bed. The room was offered at a great rate, was located on the higher floor, and faced quiet Trebovir Road with nice NW exposure. The room was typically narrow, but contained fairly large ensuite bathroom with good-sized walk-in shower. The bathroom looked recently renovated with new faucets and tile, and was clean and very convenient. The only thing it lacked was a larger shelf, counter or cabinet to place toiletries on. The AC was in good working order. The beds were a little on a firm side, and we could occasionally feel mattress springs during our, ahem, gymnastic exercises. The room was equipped with an electric kettle, tea supplies, small LCD TV and hair dryer. An adequate continental breakfast was included and served in a fairly small basement room... you may wish to time your breakfast strategically because people do have to queue up during busy times. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful if not too polished. Overall, the hotel has a small family feel to it. I would not recommend it for large groups or families with young kids, but it's perfect for a single leisure traveler or a couple.

We knew the rooms would be small so we weren't disappointed. Some wrote they didn't like overlooking Earl's Court tube station but we thought it was a cool view, and not noisy. The breakfast looked unhealthy to us so we had breakfast out. The management permitted us to check out 1 hour later than stated time which was appreciated. For 1 night it was fine. For more than 1 night it's preferable for us to stay at a more spacious place. Overall, though it was OK.
