Hotel was clean and comfortable, but the room was unbelievably small. Had to lift the suitcase out of the way to be able to walk around the bed.

We have stayed at The Rembrandt before with no problems - this time its was a special birthday present for friends - all started well with booking in etc we had two rooms on the first floor - when we got to our room there was a note on the bed advising that the hotel were having a private function that evening - all l can stay is the music played until 1pm and the noise ? - we must have been directly over the function room - next morning we were woke by vehicles being loaded (something to do with the party the night before ?)- l would check with the hotel that they do not have a private function on when guests are booking this hotel - tried to explain to reception staff but to no avail - shame... but it spoiled the weekend ?

This is one of the better 4 stars hotel I have visited in London so far. The location is fantastic. Opposite to the V&A museum, a short walk from the Natural History and Science Museums on one side and The main shopping area of Knightsbridge (i.e. Harrods) on the other side. Despite being on the main street, it is extraordinarily quiet. Reception is great, with very welcoming staff. They also provided us with useful tips for parking (which is notably a nightmare in central London). The staff really went the extra mile to help us. Breakfast was good and with a good section of continental and cooked breakfast items. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel, the front of house staff were so welcoming and helpful. We booked this very cheaply due to an incorrect price online but the hotel honoured it and the service and room were just as good as if we had paid the full price. So close to museums and Knightsbridge shopping.

we had a double executive room. My sister had a single room. Both rooms quite cramped; wooden floors creak badly throughout hotel so that anybody passing makes a racket. Very little sound protection. Plumbing not the best, had trouble turning off the shower as the handle just spun around. VERY expensive for what you get -- but the location is great. Did not meet expectations

Everything overall was great but the furniture in the room is showing signs of wear, the general areas were fine. It was the most expensive of all the hotels for our trip (we stayed in 3) and I didn't feel it should have been

On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find my room better then I had expected. I had a very nice double room which was quiet at the rear of the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the tube station, across the road from the V&A, a local bus & tour bus stop just outside.

Good hotel, friendly staff, could leave your luggage while the room was not ready early in the morning. Even were happy to guard it after checkout on the day we left. Excellent breakfast

We stayed six nights at the Rembrandt and had a wonderful time overall. It's tricky to figure out how to keep the power on in the rooms (card-key inserted by door) and the A/C-heating took a while to understand, but after one night we worked it all out. Our room was upgraded (free) but still a little tight on space, but the quality was excellent and the location perfect for our needs. Food was wonderful and offered lots of variety - pre-6:30 p.m. deal on dinner (25% off) is a great bargain for a fine meal. Breakfast buffet was also huge and tasty, salmon plate from the bar one evening almost too much to finish. Reception offered a plug adaptor for 220-current but not a converter - if you want to use a computer (and recharge it) or electric gadgets, buy a converter kit before you come. London is far more expensive than we would have dreamed, but this is a really good value in a small luxury hotel, and restaurants nearby were also excellent. We would definitely stay here again and found all the staff friendly and helpful.
