exterior
Situated in a quiet street in the heart of South Kensington, The Cranley Hotel is one of London's most charming boutique properties! This luxury 4-star hotel is an ideal city centre haven, appealing equally to the discerning business or leisure traveller.
The Cranley Hotel offers a wonderful central London location, just a short stroll from Gloucester Road underground station and close to South Kensington station, making getting around to the wonderful tourist attractions simple.
Furnished with wonderful antiques, the hotel has a elegant feel combined with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The colours used throughout the bedrooms and reception areas - striking combinations of Chinese blue, mustard, plum and stone - are derived from the original 19th Century floor tiles which you will see in the entrance hall.
After a pleasant day seeing the sites of London, you can come back to a complimentary English afternoon tea of warm scones with cream, whilst in the evening you can help yourself to an aperitif and some canapés. Friendly helpful staff will be at your service, and can organise tours, theatre tickets, and airport transfers on request.

This is a great place to stay in London- very quite and nice if you want to get away from a typical hotel (chain). Very upscale- staff professional strives to exceed guest expectation! The room was a bit small however larger than most rooms in London. The value was excellent!

I stayed at the Cranley for one night on Valentines Day and was very pleased with the stay overall. We were offered a free glass of champagne and snacks each which could be served downstairs in the hotel or to our room. The staff were pleasant enough although not overley welcoming. The room was good and the bathroom was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable. I would defintiely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay somewhere comfortable and homely, rather than a huge hotel with lots of facilities
