I will not recommend this hotel. The rooms are so small. My elbow hits the bathroom wall when I used the bathroom sink. Can not fit two people in the bathroom. My elbows hit the shower wall. No room to put our luggages. We bumped each other walking on the hallway. We are not giant people. We are petite and not overweight. You could hear people talking on the other sides of the room. Location is not that close to transportation. This hotel is misrated as four star!!!

There has been a few bad reports about this hotel - we found it to be nice with ok sized rooms - only one issue when we asked for 2 extra pillows - 1 came but that was it - surley a hotel this size has spare pillows! Would stay again but take our own!!

A very clean hotel, with modern facilities. The room was not large, but there are not many large rooms in london. Location is very good with a short walk to two tube stations on different lines including the central line which took you to oxford street. Also local shops were handy as was the all important pub!

Everything was good, except the size of the room. It was too small even to have a standard sized shower cubicle & the sink had less than shoulder width space. To get to the wardrobe I had to climb over the bed. Standing in the middle, I could touch the walls on both sides of the room

When we arrived in the bright, contemporary reception of this hotel we were excited by the prospect of what our room would have to offer, more so when the receptionist stated he had 'upgraded us' to a clubroom. Unfortunately our excitement was short lived. The room we had was on the ground floor with curtains which didn't fit properly (which made it feel like you were on display! It had been adapted for wheelchair use and the shower therefore was only about 5 foot high, this wasn't too bad for me and my husband as neither of us are the tallest people in the world but would have been terrible for anyone taller. The room was tiny, possibly the smallest I've ever stayed in. It stated in the details that robes and slippers were to be provided, there was no sign of these, in fact I even had to ask for a hairdryer as there wasn't one in the room, not really what you expect of a 4 star hotel! We also requested breakfast in our room which never arrived ( which was probably just aswell as there was no room to eat anywhere!). All in all very disappointing for a brand new hotel and certainly no where near their own certification of 4 star - nearer 2!
