Very good value hotel with a good breakfast. Very clean. In a nice area which is easily accessible to the main touristic sites of London (Hammersmith - district line)

It seemed they didn't know I had booked a room and as they were no vacancies they had to give me a room that was beyond describtion. No ensuite room, the shower cabin nearly broke down when I tried to step in. Water at the washbasin was cold on the right and cold on the left. All in all it was more a feeling of camping than staying at a hotel.

Rooms are very clean and people are friendly. Most of the rooms are facing Shepherds Bush Rd which leads to incredibly high noise level even when windows are shut. Breakfast is a joke.

Enjoyed staying at Royal Guest House-it was great to be able to stay in London and not have to pay way over the odds for a bed for th enight. The place is very basic but it was exactly what we needed. More guest houses are needed like tihs ofr the budget traveller but who doesn't want to stay in a hostel

the staff direct credit to my given credit card 1 night without noticed. According to the rules and condition booking, credit card given is for guarantee reservation only, right?

It shouldn't be compulsory to respond to ALL the questions. e.g. as I had to take another room than planned I cannot compare with photographs. Shall that be a medium mark then?

The hotel is clean, people are friendly, but breakfast becomes boring after 6 days of beans (out of a tin) egg and toast.

The rating about Quality vs. Price is about all London, not only The Royal Guest House.

Simple and clean with an ensuite bathroom: exactly what i wanted. as a bonus, one of the staff gave me a recommendation for an inexpensive restaurant up the road where the food was excellent!!

Welcoming was nice and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (eggs, cereals, beans, toasts, marmelade, juice, coffee, tea). Small room, but clean, and with private bathroom (which is great!) + TV + kettle. Overall, very satisfaying stay.

I never saw such a small room (5 m² incl. bathroom). And I never met such an unfriendly reception employee. The breakfastroom and the reception was one room, that disturbed a lot (and the TV, which was running always). The whole house is very noisy. My room was situated between the kitchen and the office. At a quarter past seven you could hear the eggs frying in the pan, so that you was not able to sleeplonger than the beginning of the kitchen-work. (By the way, the employee in the kitchen was very friendly). The agreements for paymant didn't agree with the website. They booked the price for one day at once and the other days I had to pay at once wenn we were arriving. I wonder, how this hotel has got two "stars"?? We never will

The hotel wasen't a hotel, was a bed and breakfast, the adress that we had in our reservation didn't macth with the one on the bulding. When we entered in the "hotel" the smell of curry was really awful, we reserervated 2 room for 4 people and they gave us one room for 3 people, it says, in internet, that the rooms have bathroom, it wasn't a bathroom, just a shower inside of a little glass cabin in one of the corners, and for the wc was the same. Finally we run away and went to a ibis Stratford hotel. So I won't recomend this "hotel" for anything in the world.
