The cleaning was terrible. Holes in the walls, worn paint on the walls. Staff very unfriendly. We had ordered two separate beds, but had to pay £ 20 extra per night. The key to the bedroom's door broke, they demanded £ 20 extra for this, but we refused. Never stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. Basic accommodations, but the staff was really nice and the bed/bathroom were clean and functional. I traveled alone and was looking for a cheap place to stay and explore London, and found just that at the Regency Court. Nothing fancy here, but the location next to the Earl's Court Underground Station was perfect and the hotel offered all I needed: a clean, private room for a low price. Used earplugs to help me sleep because the neighbors were noisy. Only glitch on my visit was that the hotel charged me for an extra night (I didn't know this at the time, but 1 night was charged when I made my reservation online at Venere). I found the extra charge on my credit card statement and brought it to the attention of the staff. It was quickly refunded without any issue.

Situation near the Earls Court underground station is really a big advantage of this hotel. You're at Picadilly or Covent Garden or Tower Bridge in ten minutes. The staff is very sympatic. Room was clean and quiet. We'll coming soon in London and at The Regency Court Hotel!

The stay wasn't bad. We had some REALLY noisy neighbours one night, and that was annoying, but that's what happens when you book yourself into a budget hotel. The room was okay but a room with a doublebed should also have two chairs, but this one didn't. Not a critical thing, really. The shower was also very cramped, but hot water came on quickly and didn't seem to be in short supply, so all in all it was okay...if a little expensive considering what I've gotten for my money at other comparable hotels. The location was very good though and I wouldn't go out of my way to avoid it another time.

Very basic accomodation, without basic tea and cofee making facilities. Bathroom wasn't clean when we took the room. Overall a poor choice.

toilet is out of order; never see such a narrow room; answer to my query was: this is the price that you paid.
