Had to stay somewhere for a night, paid 42pounds a night. The only complaint is absence of hot water on the highest floor.

Its not a quick walk from either tube station,its a least a good 20 minute lugging your case,walk. The passage way to reception is so narrow one has to leave your luggage at the entrance to the hotel. Our room was a deluxe room with its own bathroom, the room was very clean,with no air-con.so when you opened the windows the noise level unpleasant. The entire bathroom was portable...so small it was a joke. The breakfast is very basic ie toast tea coffee.Thought for the amount of money one could do better, or is London just a rip off?

it was good for somewhere just to sleep, which is what me and my wife wanted but if we were to spend more time there it was very boring and out of the way but overall had a good stay at the hotel

Sorry ! Though a solution has been found in the morning of our arrival, May 21st, we had the bad surprise to find our reservation had been erased from the hotel register. 15 days before, a strange call arrived at home in France to tell our reservation was cancelled for the 22nd of May. Anyway, everything was cancelled on the 21st of May. We were redirected on a flat belonging to the same society as the hotel, and been left here with oour luggages and breakfast for 4 days. We had no news from the hotel until we departed (the flat had no phone). Close to the Victoria station, the flat was on 3rd floor nearby a very noisy street at night (car traffic, sirens)

Hotel in the process of repairs caused some complications ie; electric failure in bathroom. Need to state no lift. We are pensioners and were in the attic! Met some very nice people; plenty of talk at breakfast. Travelling with my sister & friend all pensioners. This hotel will be ideal when repairs completed and staying on lower floor.
