This is a nice centrally located hotel with friendly staff. The rooms might use a bit of renovation, particularly the moquette on the floors, but overall they are fine. Altogether it was a pleasant stay.

Our first impression of the hotel was good & we were very pleased when we got to our room. We thought the breakfast room was very well decorated & charming! Originally we weren't sure about the hotel location but once we got the feel of the city, we really liked it. Liked that businesses around the hotel weren't too pricey either. Staff was helpful when we needed it. Would definitely return here.

Much too expensive for location and quality of room. At least offer free wi-fi.

Our stay at the Rathbone for 4 nights was everything that we could imagine. In fact, when we opened the door to our room, I believe we both said "wow" simultaneously. The location is close to shopping, tube station and just a short way to the Theatre district. The only draw back was the noise emanating from the pub across the street. Evidently, Thursday and Friday nights are when the customers get their drinks and then congregate outside. Must have been around 75 people outside the door, laughing and having a great time. I don't begrudge anyone to have a good time but the noise was really loud from that many people and so we had some trouble sleeping on that Friday.

A good hotel in a great location. Maybe a bit too expensive (breakfast was not included and its cost, >£10.00, was really too high, even for London), but with clean and spacious rooms. The area is full of restaurants and bars, which makes the hotel a bit noisy during the weekends. Anyway this was probably the best hotel I have ever been in central London.

The Hotel was lovely, our room was very nice and your staff kept the room exceptionally clean. There did seem to be a lot of noise from outisde coming through the 'closed' windows, on one occasion recycle/refuse trucks woke my Fiancee early in the morning. However the location was excellent and we were very impressed with the whole experience of staying in your Hotel.

Rathbone was a great hotel. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. It was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the West End and the tube. There are also local pubs and cafes near the hotel.

The hotel's website does not do it justice. The place was modern and clean and comfortable, with WIFI access throughout the hotel. We were a couple, we loved the bath/shower. Staff of hotel very accommodating, and they were careful to meet our request for no feather pillows. Very pricey in-room breakfast--better at buffet or out in neighborhood.
