The Hotel is good but this web site should tell us that the card code was wrong! we arrived at the Hotel without any reservation!!!

The price and photos were exactly as promised on the website. However, we booked three people to a room. When we arrived, we were given two rooms, one with one bed and the other with two beds. This worked fine for us, but would be a problem for a couple with a small child.

The rooms were small and the bathrooms were even smaller. Breakfast, though not spectacular, was decent. They had free coffee and tea 24 hours a day, which was nice. We stayed here because it was reasonably close to a friend who was staying at a different hotel and also sort of near our train station. All in all the stay was nice, but you could do better for the price.

Very clean, small rooms, ok breakfast(served), ok service. Good surroundings and location with 500m to subway and severel restaurants. Local bus in front of the hotel. We thout we would get 1 family room, but got 2 dbl. rooms for the same price. Traditional breakfast but I expectet a bit more. Great place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.

VERY small room & shower, not very clean, the heating didn't work the two first days of my stay (out of three), service personnel barging in to fix it 8 o'clock in the morning. Bad communication between the staff. Good location though and nice breakfast facility although somewhat worn out, ok breakfast, wifi came and went but was a plus. Overall impression - doubt I would stay there again, would look for a better option in that neigbourhood, there are tons of hotels there.

Friendly staff and extra plus that you could get tea or coffee 24 hours a day. The four-bed room we got was bigger than I had expected, but the shower/toilet room was very tiny. Typically London hotel.

Value for money and good position. Room was VERY small and so was the bathroom. I could hardly fit into the shower. The wi-fi internet did not work at any time during the week I was there. Several other guests had the same problem, all of us were told there was something wrong with our PC's. I spend time going to a computer shop to have it fixed, but there was no problem with my Notebook. The staff were most unhelpfull in this regard. They even refused to call their service provider to investigate the non-operational server. In general the staff was not very helpfull either, rather sourly and rude. Check the guest policy as well, another dissapointment. Rather use another hotel.

Ottima posizione. Ottima zona. Reception cordiale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo un po' basso, ma con gli standard londinesi non c'è da stupirsi. In generale non ci si può davvero lamentare.

Qualità/prezzo più che accettabili, ma camere al limite della decenza

This hotel had very unfriendly staff, and they were reluctant to answer questions. One staff member who was helpful, tried to force a private taxi on us. This driver didn't even have a valid drivers license for England. I had specifically asked for the official taxi company of London, and they had promised me it would be. It was a very bad experience to be trapped so early in the morning with a foreign unlicensed driver in an unmarked car. Among other things, I do not recommend this property at all!

My gold earrings were gone from the room. I had them in paper , in ashbox with a glass over and a big note . DONT MOOVE THIS. The made remember throwing it away. I was sitting in stairs outside picking up all the garbage from hotel from 7 big boxes. NOT DELICATE. I think the manager shoud had done something!!! One night for free at least. Maybe I am a silly Norwegian?

The bathrooms were very very small and dirty, the rooms were not very clean, too. The woman in the reception was not kind at all. The girl serving breakfast was very nice and gentle.
