Frendly people and great position. In this moment they are refurbishing the hotel.

The room was smaller than expected and it was impossible to use the toilet without sitting at an angle to avoid the sink. The hotel was under renovation and our room had been completed so it was freshly painted but flooring and bathroom were still dated. Close proximity to the tube station is a mixed blessing if you are a light sleeper. Overall, location and convenience to transportation is great for the price but don't expect to spend a lot of time in the room.

The rooms are the smallest i've ever seen, but cleaned. If you want stay just 2 or 3 day is ok... more no.

Good stay in London !

Very nice quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the tube for convenience. Small room but the price was good for London and the location. We would stay here again. The office was very helpful and courteous to us.

Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

The hotel is located a short distance from the underground and bus line 74. The area is very quiet, there are many shops, restaurants and pubs. Clean room, renovation and change of bed linen daily.

the hotel is very basic but suited us as it was only a place to put our heads down as we were out and about for most of the day.the hotel is just around the corner from north earl tube station which was great as it was only a few mins into the centre of london, this hotel is defiently not the ritz but if your lookin for something close to every thing this is the place.rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left its an old fashioned hotel but done the job for us

Unfortunately my stay was quite a disappointment. I woke up the 1st morning when water from the room above came through the ceiling to my room. Got another room in the uppest floor the next evening but no compensation. And even in that room there was mold due to an ealier water damage. Rather unfriendly staff and poor service. Despite the excellent location I can't say price / quality is worth recommending to anybody.

The Hotel Oliver Plaza was convenient to the underground and to shopping areas. The building was a little old and rundown; the breakfast was average and the rooms were a little small. The shower was great. We would probably stay there again for the price.

The hotel is on a quiet corner in a neat and well cared for community. The tube was so close we could get anywhere quickly. We had two rooms to accommodate our two college aged kids. Rooms are too small for squeezing. Closets doors hit the foot of the bed and could not open all the way. But hey, we really only needed a place to sleep. After traveling two days to get to London from Hawaii, the bed felt very good. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. We loved the convenience of the Oliver Plaza and would return. Warning: No Internet in the hotel, but a very good selection of internet cafes and other creature comforts exist on the main drag. a block away.

Very convenient to Earl's Court tube station. My room was on the top floor (4th floor) in an attic type, and very cramped and very hot. The cooling system was not terribly effective. Rooms on lower floors appeared to be much more spacious. Very friendly staff.

The room was very small, but that wasn't the problem if it had been clean. There were several cracks on the walls. The wall paper was peeling off all around the room. The shower had mold and the door was broken. The maid tried to come in the room while we were occupying it. I will not be recomending this hotel to any one.

Rooms were okay but you could hear pedestrian traffic well into the night (had a corner room). Cheap, and easy access to underground. You should also get supplementary directions, venere.com directions only gets you with the vicinity of the hotel. You won't even know which was to turn when you leave the tube station. By the way, you make a left when you leave the Earl's Court station then make your first left. Walk about a block and the hotel will be on the corner on your right.

LOCATION WAS REALLY GOOD!JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK FRM THE NEAREST TUBE STATION.ALTHOUGH THE SIZE OF OUR TWIN ROOM WAS NOT BIG,WE COULD GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. BATHROOM WAS QUITE SMALL BUT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH WATER PRESSURE. I THINK I CAN RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY, IF THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL TO AVOID DOMITORY TYPE HOTEL.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is extremely close to the tube which leads to everything in London. It is a small place with not many rooms. The night receptionist wasn't really wellcoming, he demanded the payment straight away even before greeting us. Apart from that, the room/bathroom is small but enough for a short stay specially at these prices. We were leaving on a late flight and it was offered to us lo leave our stuff in a luggage room (no charge)which was really handy. I'd definetly stay there again and recommend to everybody looking for a budget acommodation with excelent location.

When you book a double room and the guy offers you a twin?....TAKE THE TWIN! He said the double was small, I thought he was taking about the bed! He was taking about the room! Could't swing a cat and the ensuite was like something you get in a caravan! Couldn't complian as we only paid £39, would have been pissed off if i'd paid the full wack (£95!!!!!)

The room was very small but enough clean, it was very troublesome to move, if you aren't Spiderman or the tallest man in the world you can find it difficult to open and close the windows. Instead you have to be the smallest man in the world to use the bathroom. Breakfast is not included. Very low price and very near to underground station Earl's Court. Near the Hotel there are many services.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Room looks quite run down with wallpaper peeling off. Location is not that near to the train station unlike what the map provided by the website states. Along the way, saw more nicer hotels at much cheaper price which is closer to the train station and cheaper by 10-20pounds. Got a room in the basement which was next to the area where the hotel prepares food. Terrible experience as you will smell deep fried oil in early morning which really spoils your appetite. Unfriendly reception staff as well.

I stayed at the Oliver Plazza for 3 nights and it was globaly ok. The 2 first nights we were in a tiny but really clean and nice bedroom with a nice view. Then we ask to stay 1 night more so we had to move and the room was not that nice: older with a dirty carpet and a smaller window without any view. Concerning the staff it depends on the people really: some of them were nice, some other not really... Anyway, the area is beautifull and I realy enjoy my time there . In overall the hotel was as expected at this price. We stayed over weekend. The quality of the room is not outstanding and not that good as on the picture, but its quite clean, though small. There were only two things that could stop me from returning to this place: 1) the double room was specifically requested but only twin in the basement was provided, the staff argued, that the booking came late and 2)the wallpaper was hanging off the wall in one corner of the room. But the location is excellent, its Kensington for such low price and 2 min from the tube station and there are a lot of night busses coming nextby. So if you have a room not in the basement than I reommend to stay in hte place. Can tell anything about quality of the breakfast, never managed to try.

Affordable hotel extremely near to Earl Court station, room was good enough (but not very well cleaned),TV and bathroom were OK,walls and glasses are good enough to keep the pace quiet, continental breakfast was ok even if not remarkable: one negative thing was that our last night we were suddenly woke up by the fire alarm at 3 AM and as soon as,very worry,I called the reception they simply told me it was a false alarm (...) Fire alarms can cause great fear and would have to be avoided at any cost if unnecessary...in particular in the middle of the night...pay more attention next time and think that people with heart diseases could have strong problems with such a similar experience...

All the, except one of them who stays for the night, receptionists was very helpful and friendly, specialy for the morning, they were really nice persons. The room inwhich we stayed first night was on the top floor (roof level) and it was very hot, small and the bathroom also was very small, but second night they changed it and we stayed in a triple room which is quite ok. In bath only problem was: when you take a shower, evenif there was a glass material attached to bathtube to keep water inside, the floor was getting wet. If you want, eachday they can change the towels. Breakfast was as usual as should be according to price. Cheese, cornflakes, ham, butter, jam, toast, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk. Hotel is very good situated, just 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. And around, there are supermarkets and McDonalds, other fast food restaurants and other restos. Also there are bus connections. After check-out you can leave your baggages into baggage room. There is a small kettle to make tea or coffee in the room, they put also tea and coffee, sugar, they are free. I never used kettle since I was afraid of using pipe water. We passed a good holiday in this hotel. Maybe I can suggest one thing to owners: it is better to renew pillows. The other things are ok.
