We stayed at the London Lodge for 3 nights. The room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the down side, the rooms were very small and the facility could use some updating. Also, we had emailed ahead of time to request one room with twin beds and one room with a double and we were given two rooms with twins. The location was several blocks from the tube, within walking distance for those in reasonable shape. It was acceptable overall, but maybe a bit pricy for the quality.

Not clear the way of payment with my credit card:requested my signature two times (arrival and departure)since the debit from my bank has been issued at the first time (arrival)It has been nvery strange- 1st time during my trips around the world.

Pretty nice decorated, the superior rooms have luxus furnitures and offer big spaces. The bathroom (with window) was also spacious, but the whirlpool was unfortunately not working. Kind assistance and professional supervision.
