Enrico Hotel - London

Nice welcome when we arrived. unfortunately they were not informed that we needed a twin room so first night was a double. rooms small but clean and all bathroom facilities were nice and clean. breakfast was good with extra toast and tea/coffee offered. while we were out all our luggage was moved to a twin room. the hotel is rather tired but is in a great location with Victoria Coach Station a short walk and Buckingham Palace & St. James Park also within walking distance. For a budget break i would visit this hotel again. thank you for making our stay a pleasure.

The room and the bathroom is very small, you even can not unpact your luggage in the room. However the staffs are very nice and friedly, and the hotel's location is very convenience.

The hotel was well located. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The negative things were that there was no bathroom on our floor so we had to run up and down with our towels. :) And that the room was really small. All in all we recommend this hotel to young easy people.

És un B&B senzill molt ben situat, ja que pots fer-ho absolutament tot a peu. Les habitacions són realment petites, un llit i una pica (les més barates), però són força silencioses i tranquil·les. Els wc i les dutxes les has de compartir amb la resta d'hostes. En general tot està net. Cada dia canvien les tovalloles, però no els llençols. Els qui regenten l'hostal són correctes. L'esmorzar que ofereixen al matí també està bé. És un lloc recomanable per si vols visitar Londres intentant gastar el mínim possible, tot i que és díficil, i evidentment, sense luxes. Si tornem a visitar la magnífica ciutat, hi tornarem.

Il était marqué que la plupart des chambres avaient une douche à l'intérieur en fait il y avait une douche pour 7 chambres , il était aussi dit qu"il y avait un wc pour 2 chambres en fait nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 wc pour 7chambres ! dc je suis déçu par rapport à cas accomodations ! par contre la situation dans la ville est vraiment idéale. Pensez au fait que si vous payez par carte vous avez une majoration de 5% sur le prix total de votr séjour à l'hôtel ! il vaut mieux le savoir parce que moi j'ai eu une jolie surprise...enfin les chambres n'étaient pas nickelles, avec notamment une odeur assez byzarre de poussières et de produit d'entretien et une petite pousse de moisie sur le mur que le personnel d'entretien a eu la gentillesse de faire disparaître un matin...

The sinks has no outlet for water overflow so there is a moldy smell. The staff does try hard but you may as well stay at a YHA.

Room was clean but phonetic isolation was very poor. You can hear all other customers, very unconvenient specificaly when you have noisy neighbour... ! Correct price/quality prestation for this hotel. Do not choose it for a quiet romantic accomodation !! ;-)

I only want to talk about the staff: Wonderful. They make you feel good.

The hotel is conveniently close to Victoria Station. Common bathrooms and showers were clean. Rooms have a TV set with 4 channels only.

This was one of the cheapest places we could find in England, and for the price it was not as bad as it could have been. However, I don't belive the 1 WC for every two rooms bit. While we never had a problem fighting for the showers, if it was full it would've been difficult. It also says on the website that most rooms have showers in them, but neither of the rooms we stayed in had a shower, they just had a sink and a small 12" TV. I don't know if we got some of the smallest rooms in the place, but they were barely large enough to fit the bed and an extra chair. The location is very good, as it is just an easy 15 minute walk from the Victoria Station.

-Toilets,shower rooms and bath are not always well functioning and clean as they shoud be. -I was there for 14 days, from May 20 to June 3 and the owner used the number she received from you to collect the total stay on May 24! -Carpets in stairways shoud be renewed.

Location is OK for visiting main interest places in London. Rooms were clean, but we must think it´s not a hotel, it´s just a B&B.
