We stayed three days in early September and the location was excellent. Around the corner from the National Gallery and walking distance to Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Easy walking distance to Thames River Cruises and Charing Cross Station was 5 minutes away for easy departure to Dover to take a cruise. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Stayed in a small suite, sofa bed for third person was not very comfortable but room was very clean and well maintained. Microwave and mini-refrigerator came in handy as we found Marks and Spencer To Go at Charing Cross Station a real find. When we were too tired from a day of sightseeing and didn't want to go out for dinner we picked up ready to go meals. Will definetly use this hotel again.

Great location in walking distance to theaters in the West End. All night grocery is in the same block. The internet did not work on the Tv as advertised, but they did provide access to a computer in the lobby area.

we lived from 1985 till 1989 in Chelsea and returned for a nostalgic see again of London. We came with Eurostar We took Club Quarters because of the 'super comments' of our eldest son and his family with regard to their stay in the hotel a month earlier. What we missed above all at the hotel was a lounge. The room was good a bit noisy - bed excellent - but there was some drain smell and no service at all on sunday. We did not know that the room price on saturday is the double of a weekday. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was good and the morning buffet excellent

El hotel en general esta muy bien, sobre todo la situacion para el turismo es inmejorable; tan solo decir que es incomprensible que el personal de recepcion no hable Español.

I already entered the review (please reference to that). In addition, I noticed that they have an upgrade oppertunities (when we got there it was 10 pounds for a larger room or 15 pounds for the suite).

Booked a suite as the description on Venere said that it had "seperate sleeping facilities" and I was travelling with my daughter. This was totally incorrect as it was a single room with an extra sofa bed. Staff promised an answer the next day as reservations were closed when we checked in but no answer or any recompense materialised

the location is the BEST! Just half of the minute from Trafalgar Square. 3 min to Embarkment station. 2 min to the steet with a lot of caffes (to have coffee in the morning). The room is quite big and cleen. cleaning was everyday. towels were changed every day. bedsheets were changed 1 time in 2 days. There were small refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. The TV was good and also for extra charge you can use TV to surf in the Internet (with keyboard). WI-fi conection is good and free. The only one problem that I had with the hotel is that they freezed double cost of the stay on my card, and if I had not had extra money it would have became a problem for me. I will recomend this hotel to my friends. The price matches the quality.

Was an excellent location as its right opposite Trafalgar Square. Hotel Staff were very welcoming on arrival and even though we arrived two hours before the allocated check in time our room was ready for us to go straight into. We didnt use the room much as we were out and about but it was clean and tidy as expected. Highly recommended and will stay again!

A little expensive for a low budget, however is excellent because of its location(Trafalgar Square), and for a christmas day(no tube and public buses) is perfect to walk around london historic center.

This was a well located comfortable hotel. The staff were helpful and quickly changed the large double bed for two singles. The place has the air of a London club about it. Despite its central location it is quiet.

For the price, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in London. The location is incredibly central, the room quality top rate, and the service excellent. I would have no hesitation whatsoever staying here again. We had a twin room, initially made up as a double, but that was promptly and professionally corrected. Free water is provided, and there is free internet access via the widescreen flat TV. The room was large, with elegant mouldings, and though it looked over the street, it was quiet. I later stayed in a hotel only a bit cheaper, but considerably lower in quality. The only complaint is that the shower head does not detach.

The Club Quarters is in a perfect location for a touristy visit to London. My wife and I, stayed for 2 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious but had no windows which we initially thought was strange. The room was very well equiped and found it perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly. The location makes this hotel, close proximity to everything the West End has to offer. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square. Great location. Easy walking to Embankment tube station, which is on a line that's easy to get to anywhere in London from. Very clean. Very quiet. Staff very helpful. We waited too long to book a shuttle to Heathrow. The staff was very helpful in giving us specific directions on how to take the tube with the easiest transfer with luggage. (Much less expensive than a taxi. Would do it again!) There is a Tesco express (mini-market) 1/2 block away at Trafalgar Square with breakfast food, snacks, drinks... very convenient. Also, very good restaurants nearby, and of course, easy walking to theatres in the area. We loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

Good location and services. Only problems were the card reader in the lifts never worked (a bit of a nightmare to get them to read your card so that you could choose your floor) and the noise at night, maybe there were some roadworks I am not sure what it was. The Plasma TV were leaning to one side and the channel line up was very limited (no international channels).

Couple with 12 yr old granddaughter and friend from USA on holiday. Had adjoining rooms. Hotel wonderful in all ways except heating was difficult to control. Lack of a restaurant not a problem as hotel is in middle of area with lots of choices. Microwave and refrigerator in room and a beautiful breakfast served in computer common area.

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! Gorgeous & New/Ultra-Modern Throughout! Room FAR exceeded highest expectations! PERFECT location! THREE Tube stations within 150 metres, with Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, and Big Ben 100 m to 5 min walk for Big Ben. Bustling (room was quiet!) area for business/sight-seeing in London, VERY centrally located, 75 m from the Thames!

We stayed in this very well located hotel for central London sights for 3 nights. The location was fabulous, the hotel had a nice utilitarian but comfy sitting room with coffee and tea available all day. Yes free do it yourself laundry (except for cost of soap). Half a block from Covent Garden and Charing Cross tube stations. Fresh towels were available if wanted daily, but sheets were never changed. The room was a little funky as the shower was a modular unit installed into the room, but nonetheless was fine. Very good value for price and location. Within walking distance of lots of places.

We really loved the location, the building and our room. It was much nicer than we expected. The decor was very professional and high quality. We really enjoyed being able to wash our clothes and the free internet access in our room. Because we were at the end of the hall we had a small room but it was also very quiet. I met another guest who complained about the noise as she was near the elevator. If we had any complaints it would be that the elevator key worked less than 15% of the time, that we were required to use specific elevators even though the others were closer to our room and that the room was cold. (They had not switched the system to a winter setting yet.) But to compensate they gave us a bottle of wine and portable heater. We would stay there again. We thought overall the value was very good and Trafalgar Square and Leichter (sp?) always had something exciting going on.

Arrived earlier than check in but they held our luggage w/o charge so we could site see in all the great locations w/in walking distance. upon checkin to room..luggage already brought to room without need to ask. Room was spacious enough for 2 friends one night. Free internet on television, free distilled water! Location is superb!!! right near nelson's column and national gallery. Great for young friends to hit the bars and clubs of soho and walk back to hotel in safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Only downside was no continental breakfast and lobby area without bar or restaraunt..but so many places nearby. I asked specifically for quiet room so we were able to get a room off the street with 2 twin beds and descent size bathroom.

This is a lovely hotel but we had a few issues with it. When we arrived they didnt have a record of our reservation but I had my confirmation email with me so they soon sorted it out. It is a real shame that there is no bar or restaurant and while I knew this before I booked, it would have been nice to have a few drinks in the evening before heading out The location is excellent - could not fault it, right on Trafalgar Square and close to all transport etc The rooms are quite small but they are nicely decorated and very modern and clean I would definitely return for a short stay as I felt it was a good hotel in very central London at a good price

For french people, London is very expensive, and this hotel too. But the quality of the prestations is very good, the hotel is almost completely new (inside) and very clean. Unfortunatly, during our stay, the breakfast was served in a small room, and, saddly, very poor in choice for food: no eggs, no warm food... you should try other pastries in the area (there are some only 100m axay from the hiotel). So: good adress to sleep, but avoid the breakfast !

We stayed at the Club Quarters Trafalgar Square over Easter and was very pleased with our stay. The suite we had was spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. The double our kids stayed in was spacious. Breakfast crew were great and even got us a high chair for our infant even though they did not have one on site. Fabulous location in Trafalgar Square; 50 yards to a 24 hour Tesco Express, close to Embankment or Charing Cross Tube stop. Only minor complaint would be that they pushchair/wheelchair lift from street level to lobbly level was quite finicky and only worked part of the time so we had to bump a pushchair up/down 7 or 8 steps each time. Highly recommended hotel for family, couples and business travellers.

There was an error with our booking. I actually booked a suite for 4 persons and when i got there it was actually a double. (which explained why the price sounded to me so interesting!) We finally managed to put an extra bed in our room, with three people sleeping on the thanks god huge bed. The people there where really nice and competent and gave us a free second night regarding to the problem we had. Please check your website as the is an error on it concerning the 4 people suite (search 4 people, 1 room and see what you get;)
