This hotel is ideal for anyone who wish to travel to London on a budged. The lady in reception was friendly and helpful. The room was on the 4th floor and was very spacious, clean and warm. There was tea/coffee making facilities & hairdryer. It would have been nice if there was a wardrobe in the room even though you could hang your clothes in an open space. The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels each day. The shower & toilet were clean and there was shampoo & shower gel. There was a variety of food for the breakfast and the room was clean and staff very helpful. The hotel was ideally situated near Earls Court Tube station which made touring London very easy. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would recommend it to my friends who wish to stay in London

The hotel rating of 3 stars is overstated. The room was small, and the furnishings and furniture are getting quite tired and worn. Would benefit from a general refurbishment. Breakfast was only offered from 0700hrs, and as I had to leave early I asked if I could have it earlier; I was told it was not possible, so they were not too accommodating.

Friendly welcome and staff, and we were lucky to have a room with a window that could open 10cm! We would never book a room with no windows. In Denmark you get much more hotel room for the same price. Would be nice if you could choose between continental or English breakfast.

We stay in London a fair bit and it is hard to find a decent hotel for reasonable cost. I have stayed in some real dives! This however was very different. We received a friendly welcome, a room exactly where we had asked for it, a comfortable enough bed and clean en-suite bathroom, air-con that worked well, and a good breakfast if slightly limited in choice. We had a good time here and will definitely be coming again. Rob & Di Barron

The staff are polite and the location excellent. Have stayed in the hotel 4-5 times and found excellent value for money. The only suggestion is that the breakfast could have some variety. It has been exactly the same for over one year!

The carpets in Room 201 were absolutely filthy. Room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Very hot in the room . Airconditioner did not work. They put a portable airconditioner into the room. Mattress on bed needs replacing. Overall very poor.

The hotel was OK. The only problem was the small size of the room and the fact that there was no window to open - just a door to the garden (the room was on the ground floor) - I was a bit scared to leave it open all night so it was a bit hot in the room.

Employees were very friendly, willing to help. We stayed with a friend four 5 nights in a double room and there was only one coat, so we were arguing the first night, but we got another coat next day, so it was fine, although I wouldn’t say the sheets were clean on that coat. In general the hotel was clean, breakfast ok (do not expect any meat or rich breakfast), I would recommend it for the price. And be aware, you are in London and do not expect too much!

Great value for money - the room was exactly as described, clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Only complaint - the breakfast is served until 10h30 in the morning and the employees start taking everything back to the kitchen at 10H30, even when there are still clients trying to get a second helping.

We had difficulty getting to our room as we had to go up and down stairs and through two fire doore to get to our room. As I have bad knees it became a chore. The linen is badly stained even though it had been washed, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed and the replacement sheets were not much better. The bed is very old as you could feel the worn springs. The safe did not work and was not fixed the whole week we were there and we could not dial out on the phone and had to go to reception to make a call. Other than that we thought we got what we paid for. We stayed 7 nights and this was our first stay. The staff were helpful.

The Hotel is located very close to the Earl's Court Tube, hardly 5 minunte's walk. Lots of places to eat close by. The hotel is very neat and clean and the staff (East Europeans) generally courteous and accommodating. The only negative is that the romms are REALLY TINY! Would be a good place to stay if you are on a budget, staying in London for a few days and would like to stay in a hotel which is pretty central.

The room was very clean, but really worn down (desperately needs a new carpet and some new cover sheets). the breakfast was not something that you can call "fresh" also, they had run out of butter (there were 3 staff members standing around - I don't quite get it why they didn't get some from the corner store) the location was great (the subway station right around the corner, also some great pubs and restaurants a few steps away) overall, we had a good night sleep and it was not expensive (for London) but next time we'll try an other hotel

The hotel was really alright and worth its price - hardly no objections. The bathroom door could not be closed properly, but anyway. The breakfast is.. well, what do you expect for such a price? The good thing is there are many nice cafeterias in the neighbourhood. I just love the area around Earl´s Court - it´s quite quiet although not far away from downtown London! We had bad luck with the tube: There was no district and circle line in service on the weekend we spend in London. So you better check in advance if there is construction work done.

The hotel was just as we expected, thanks to venere.com The price was right, the surroundings were quiet, and the staff was helpful and polite. If I have to put my finger on anything it must be that we were unable to lock the porch door, not very good in the 1.floor. And the air-conditioner made an annoying sound the first night. (Maybe that was my fault after trying to adjust it?) The overall impression was very good and I recommend The Earls Court to other travellers.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right around the corner from the underground "Piccadily Line" which runs right to Heathrow. Room was tiny, ok for short stay but any longer is not adviseable. No where to store luggage in the room as the floor space was limited. Small double beds. Continental Breakfast was included in price and was good, all self service. Outside you are very close to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Very nice area to walk around in too.

Simply Great! We are a couple that travels at least twice a year to London, so we have seen quite some hotels now. But this is far the best and now our fixed location if available for our London trips! The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable, the room is silent and you have tea/coffee making facilities on the room. I have never slept that good in London. And the personel at the desk is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is ok and you can take as much as you like (even eggs are provided). All in all a very pleasent stay. At the price offered we were in hotels that are certainly a classification class below the services here. The hotel is easy to find and just 2 min away from the underground. All major stores are also in the area for food an shopping. Keep on!!!

We stayed at the Comfort inn Earls Court It was Ideally located near the tube station and easy to get to Heathrow from there. Room was small but I expected that for London. Our initial reservation was shortly after the events of July 7th and so the concert we were going to see was postponed. I contacted the hotel who kindly agreed to change our reservation date at no extra charge. The receptionist we dealt with at this time, as well as on arrival/departure, was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and well presented. Although the room wasn't huge, the bathroom was bigger than expected and the room was well decorated. The buffet breakfast was excellent in a nice breakfast room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a nice, very clean and quiet room with twin beds and a nice bathroom with a tub. The room was rather small and the window faced onto a shaft, so no view at all = our only complaint. Lovely continental breakfast in a nice room furnished with modern furniture. Very friendly and helpful staff and a very clean hotel all over. You can deposit your luggage for free for some hours, when you are arriving or leaving and have not got your room and you do not pay extra for paying with e.g. a VISA card like in some hotels. The hotel is very close (about 200 metres) to Earls Court tube station, close to a Marks & Spencer food store, close to bus lines, so we were very content with our stay at this hotel.

Ideally located in a very quiet area with Earl's Court underground station at some 150 meters. Polite welcoming by staff at reception. Our twin bedroom was ok, beds are good, coffee and tea making facilities in the room are refreshed every day. Not a very spacious room, but we've seen much smaller ones. Anyway, who needs it for walking around? Room as well as bathroom are properly cleaned every day. Continental breakfast buffet is served in the basement. There is enough to choose for. On the day of departure the hotel offers you the possibility to stall your luggage so that you can walk around London without having to carry your bags or suit cases. Very convenient. We feel this hotel is good value for money and we would certainly recommend this to others!

Good location and price not too bad. Small room though and no air conditioning other than open door and window. They had a refurbishment on at the moment, but did not disrupt too badly. Telephone could not be used for outside calls (there was some defect, temporary I believe) Internet in the lobby. Parking in the next Tesco's car park for GBP 12 per 24 hours. (Did not understand why they did not have residents permits for the guests of the hotel? There was plenty of parking space on the street. Only very expensive if you had to pay at the meter) At night and during weekend parking is free in front of hotel. Having a car there doesn't really make sense anyway, public transport everywhere.
