This is a great pick for a budget airport hotel. Note that it isn't at terminal 5 as I'd read it was. You have to take a bus for about 10 mins.

Nice clean room - People very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and from Heathrow on free bus. Just stayed one night awaiting a flight home.

The hotel does not have a chartered bus service from Heathrow airport. At the airport, go to Terminal 2 for the bus station and catch the U3 bus to the hotel. It's 5 minutes away.

Found location great for flying in and out of London. Staff are on the ball and ready to be of assistance. Room service was excellent and the food was great!

Layover before early morning flight next day. Staff very helpful for free return buses to Heathrow. Left to own devices to find out how to get the free shuttle from Heathrow to hotel.

The location in relation to the Airport is excellent and with free bus service to and from makes it very convenient. Also with the small but pleasant village of Harmondsworth only a short stroll away helps to fill in time.

I stayed over at the Arora hotel before an early meeting at Heathrow. Even though I booked a non smoking room and confirmed this on checking in, I was initially assigned to a room that smelled strongly of smoke. The hotel attendant was very quick to rectify this, however and I had a wonderful stay. The beauty salon in the hotel foyer was very good in giving me a fantastic treatment even though it was after hours.

We needed a hotel close to Heathrow to rest for a few hours before taking the next flight-we were traveling from the U.S. to Athens. We arrived late in the evening and having never stayed there before found it difficult to find the right bus to take for the free shuttle but did eventually find it. We stayed again on our return trip from Italy and had an easier time since we knew where the bus stop was. We had an early morning flight out (6:15) and took a taxi at 4:30 only to discover that the airport does not open until about 5:00 am. The hotel personnel did not inform us of that fact and encouraged us to go early to the airport which was a total waste as we had to just sit around and wait for things to open. We loved the rooms and the hotel as a whole and these minor inconveniences did not spoil our stay, we would stay again.

The hotel is great. It is brand new and really nice inside and out. The people are really friendly and the restaurant has good food that is priced right. The room was big and the bathroom was really nice. It is an awesome hotel for the price.

even though the room was not smoking, it smelled a lot. the matress was too soft. there is not shuttle service, you have to go to the bus station at terminal 2 and take a public bus which is free. It's easier if you go to terminal 5. the public bus leaves you closer.

This was one of the finest hotels I have visited and I do extensive travelling. The staff without exception were service oriented, very pleasant, respectful and outstanding! This includes the reception area, the restaurant/bar area...these were the individuals I had interactions with. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I return in a couple of months.
