They gave us a room in the basement. At first it was terrifying but it seemed clean and quiet. Two nights in a row though some weird yellow liquid spilled out of the lamp on the ceiling in the bathroom!!! We didn't want to find out what it was.

This place is in a good location and it's cheap, for London, but it's really not worth the price. I think the people running the place are trying to do their best with what they have, the place is fairly clean but ... - place is very old, would need urgent and massive work done - our room was very noisy, the heater was rumbling all the time - furniture was old and in very bad state, e.g. no doors on the armoir - tv was not working - door not closing properly - window without lock - no night light - cracks and marks on the walls - very old and not so clean blanket on the bed, although sheets were clean ... Maybe we've been unlucky and we stayed in the worst room they have.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel room were clean. I just did not like the fact that it was too noisy outside around 11:30 we were staying at the bottom floor and we could here people talking so loud. and couldn't get much sleep. Overall the hotel was great. I'd probably come back next time.

Good job this was cheap as the room was pretty bad. Carpet looked like it had not been cleaned for the last decade or two, bed was very old and very cheap. Basically a very tired room and it looked like it as well. There are better hotels in the area of a similar price that are much better in comparison.

Quiet area, excellent staff, very helpful. Big chock as you enter in the bathroom! As soon as you get used to it, it's ok. Liitle kitchen corner is appreciated to make a morning coffee/tea (provided). Not comparable with abroad standard of a hotel-room for this price. Anyway I might return though!!

The only thing good about this hotel is the staff in the reception and the location. The room we stayed in was quite bad. The beds were very bad, no hot water in the afternoon and evening, the room was dirty, and the view was underground right into garbage. To top it all; We actually had mice in the room!!!

I was very welcomed and I get shock when I see the room. Very nice tv, microwave, freeser, good shower, they provide, sugar, tea, coffe. Very nice bed. The Manager, Mr. Mina very professional. I will repeat sorthly. The price is very cheaper for the services provide. Inclusive wifi free. I sleep very well as no noise as the location is in secondary road. Antonio Spain

Cheap and cheerful hotel, great position close to museums, tube stations, restaurants and with a big supermarket just around the corner. The room was clean, big and silent. The only annoying thing was that I was asked to pay upfront for the room and in cash.

Not a hotel ! for 140 pound per night, you can have a poor, poor underground family-room : dark (only one little central lamp), poor furniture (one broken table and one chair),not opening narrow windows with broken metallic curtains, very noisy when rains falls outside on the garbages stored behind your windows, broken tiles in the bathroom, a tiny sink that obliges you to put your toiletries on the toilet seat ! Don't try your luck in this mess, whether you are single, couple or family..

An amazingly welcoming hotel, the staff were fantastic and made me feel really at home. The room had all the facilities listed on the site, comfy beds, and is in a brilliant location- just 2 minutes from Earls Court with easy access to central London on the tube. Highly recommended, great value for money!
