Nice Hotel: room was clean, quite and comfortable. The indergrond is 10 meters far from the Hotel. the neighbourhood of the hotel is not so great but it really doesn;t matter with the tube so close
USA, Aug 2009
The hotel did not have anyone to help with luggage and the cab leaves you off down the street because there is no parking by hotel. When we asked for a luggage stand to load our luggage on they had none. The front desk were not very helpful. The room was large and clean

Hotel very near to South Kensington tube station. Only a few steps from Victoria & Albert Museum and Natural History Museum. Walking distance from Harrod's and Knightsbridge. 4 stations from Piccadilly and Leicester Square (tube).Free access to internet. Our room was spacious and fairly clean. Brekfast was included in the price of the room and was both continental an English. We would certainly go back to The Grosvenor Hotel.

Great location: three minutes from underground stop (South Kensington), five minutes walking from Albert and Victoria Museum; very near to Harrods Lot of restaurants in the surroundings. The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom a bit old but comfortable. I shall surely return and i recommend it.

The hotel is fine but the room is very small - perhaps this is just London for you. As a business traveller I needed space to sit at a desk and there was insufficient. Another bugbear was the standard, extortionate prices for web access - luckily you can pick up BT Open on wireless.

A very interesting place. I strongly recommend it to everybody. Very good relationship quality-price. Nexto to some important museums (Albert& Victoria, Natural Science..)Furthermore "It is a Spanish hotel and almost all the employees were spanish".(Casi todos empleados eran españoles)

Staff were very good, polite, excellent location near to South Kensington station. Hotel rooms were in great need of renovation, paint peeling of walls in some rooms, We booked twice, originally 3 to 6th, room was good and good value for money for location. Floor sloped in all directions and again room needed renovation. One morning after our shower, dirty water and I think bits of plaster came through the roof in the corner into the bath, which to us would indicate some problem in the roof, we informed staff however, it appeared at the time that the only thing they did was wipe it up and clean the bath, which doesn't address the issue/ Second time for 1 night on 11th, was put in rooms for 4 people, bathroom door didn't shut, no hot water and again paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Very expensive for this room for a night at around 140 pound, certainly not value for the state of the room Such a lovely hotel, I'm sure with a bit of paint & care it would be excellent..

I was very disatisfied with the hotel. The only advantage was the location, otherwise I did not get the value for money I payed. A hotel room was very very small. Also a bed. Hotel service not very satisfactory. You can find a better accommodation in the area for less money. Surely, I will not stay there in future.

Ottima posizione! Accesso internet WiFi nelle camere a pagamento.

The room was without heating and therefor not a very pleasant place to stay. Outside temperature below freezingpoint. Staff at breakfastrestaurant found very insufficiant and ignorant.
