Hotel is undergoing extensive renovation, rooms are small but adequate, nicely decorated, Basically for the price we paid for a hotel in Earls Court, within a five minute walk from the tube station it was value for money.

The hotel is obviously undergoing a refurbishment programme. It was nice to be in a modern-looking bedroom; however, there were some fittings missing (to follow soon?), which would make guest's life easier, such as: hook for towels in the bathroom, a bedside table, a proper wardrobe. Overall, the room was pleasant. Great TV set, but the bed was not particularly comfortable.

This hotel is a quiet hotel but I stayed 5 days with my kids. I was sleeping on the same sheet, what a shame, the breakfast always the same, the room wasn't clean. For the price I paid is a shame. One unpleasant girl was angry when you asked her for a better service. It was the first time and the last in this hotel.

We was in London at the end of spring. It was a sunny days. The room was very warm because of this we keep the window opened so the sun light becomes a problem, so we waked up too early, and sleep very bad. because of light and hot. The employes was very gently. It was the most expensive and the worst hotel that we stayed in this travel.

The room reeked of cigarettes; there was very dirty, curtains were sticky. For opening window we had to use books for carry it up. The best note is for staff- very friendly people. Advantage: location. Quality of accomodation very low; Variety of breakfast - very poor. This hotel should have one 1 star, no more! I dissuade this hotel.

I booked a room for 3 persons. On site the size of the room looked like a single room. The breakfast wasn't exciting, but for our shorttrip it was ok.

The position is in the centre,5min. walking distance from Earl Court station (right exit is Earl Court road). In three nigths never changed the linen only once the towels, but these are the standards in the most 3*hotels in UK. But it is ok if you stay only for sleeping, otherwise choise a Spa hotel

I paid £29 per night for single and it was worth the money. The room was very clean although you had to climb up 5 set of stairs if you're staying in a single room. Please do not follow the direction shown on the hotel description map, its all wrong. Hotel is only 1 block away from Earls Court Tube but the hotel map direction point you to the OPPOSITION direction to where the hotel is, i learnt this by spending 20 minutes searching fo Hotel when it should off taken me 5 minutes to walk there. But otherwise this is was a very good budget hotel, good enough that I decided to stay an extra night.

A bad esperiencie. Our room was tiny, dirty an d even bad smelling! We found some hairs among the sheets. It seemed our bed had been used by somebody before and they had not changed the sheets! The window of our room was a real guillotine. Trying to close it was a really dangerous matter. It was very heavy and fell violently! Then, it was impossible to open it again. The breakfast was absolutely poor...they were running out of coffe every morning at 8:30 a.m.! It was impossible to have a cup! I won`t stay there again!

This hotel is ideally situated in Earl's Court and the rooms have a tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and kettle. But from there it all goes downhill. My room...a single...was on the 4th floor of a building with no lift/elevator and the man on reception told me he could not take my bags upstairs....luckily some fellow aussies helped me out by doing so. Also the single rooms are only on this floor, and at 58 the last thing I wanted to do after walking around London for hours was to walk up those steep stairs. They also advertise limited internet access....this is not true, they have no guest access. There are internet places relatively close, but not at the hotel. My room was very small and then packed with useless furniture that you could not open because the bed was preventing that from happening. I mostly had to climb over my bed to access the fridge, sink etc. Then if it was a cuppa I wanted, I had to get the kettle, climb over bed and fill the kettle at the sink, then climb back over the bed to put the kettle on. I also found that the information given when I booked was incorrect, in particular when you get off at Earl's Court station (you need to go to the Earl Court exit not the Warwick St exit)

For the price, the rooms and service was ok, only the room was close to the reception and way to the breakfask hall and any passerby closing the door to the breakfast hall or talking at the reception was disturbing specially in the night.

£45 per night incl. breakfast so near Royal Albert during seasons for the Promenade concerts is good value for your money, even though the room was very small. Friendly staff. I checked out very early before breakfast time, but instead I got some bread, croissants, butter, cheese, and jam the evening before so I could make my own breakfast before leaving. Iron and ironing board (very good), hairdryer, mini-kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, Tea and coffe maker in the room. The whole hotel was non-smoking (an extra plus).

It is two star Hotel but the link through Venere shows it as three star. It even should be treated as even 1 star Hotel because of it's poor facilities. Toilet with bathroom is too small and dirty. On arrival we had to ask for cleaning the Toilet. One must ask the staff to know how the lights, water tabs, etc works. Towels were changed everyday but rooms were not cleaned. In our stay of 4 nights, bedsheets or bed covers were not changed. However, Hotel staff are good. The room has a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, small sink and some utensils(dirty). We had our own utensils. It helped us cooking food for our small child. Location of the Hotel is excellent, close to museums, bus(no 74) and metro stop. In 2/3 minutes walking distance, there is Sainsbury shopping complex which remains open 24 hrs on weekdays and more than 10 hrs on weekends and is excellent. One can food from Sainsbury or get food from Masala Zone, McDolands, KFC.. all are very close.

Had a very pleasant stay. One of the few places I've stayed at in this price range that I'd actually like to come back to. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the shower really worked! (I love England, but a good shower seems hard to find there...) Meals: We didn't eat at the hotel, but the Chinese restaurant Dragon Palace in Earl's Court Road (near the Tube station) was good. For snacks, water, etc., there was Sainsbury's (with a Starbuck's) just around the corner, across Cromwell Road. As for recommending this hotel to others: Yes, absolutely, as long as stairs are not a problem. (No elevator, far as we saw, but we never felt the need to ask)

"double room" was tiny... more approrpiate for one person although the bed was a full size bed. rooms well worn and had stained carpets and scuffed walls... staff was indifferent at best, "surly" would describe the guy working during the evening. for GBP 60 (USD 120) I expected better...

We loved the location of this small hotel. It was 2 blocks from the tube and 1 block from a grocery store. We try to travel very cheaply and so were grateful for the cooking facilities that were offered in the room and the dishes that were provided. The room was small, but quite what I expected and was perfectly adequate for my 22 year old daughter and I. They were very helpful with any questions I had and I felt very secure. For someone used to budget travel, this was a great find and we hope to return next spring with more of our family. The breakfast was small, but adequate and we found it could have been larger if we would have asked for eggs and bacon.

All'esterno molto grazioso. All'interno un incubo.
