I was extremelly happy with my room for the price that I paid. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. My room was located on the front of the hotel and the street was noisy with ememergency vehicles both nights I stayed in the hotel...however, that is not the fault of the owners. There were also several good restaurants and pubs located close to the hotel and there was a bus stop at the end of the block. For breakfast, I opted for the 'English Breakfast' which was significantly more than I normally eat and was well worth the price. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and plan on staying there again in the future.

The owners of this tiny hotel are very nice & do as much as they can to make our stay comfortable. We had a room overlooking gardens therefore very quite.Nevertheless, I wonder how will London deal with 2012 Olympics as its hotel offer is extremely poor in those old 4 stories little town-houses converted into makeshift hotels at prices which are far above the price one should pay for such shabby places. Do not forget that the price quoted does not include a 3% surcharge for paying by credit card !!!!!

Stayed one night but it was great ... Room (AND BATHROOM TOO) extremely clean, great breakfast .. For the price and placement, is a great choice! I would recommend it for sure !!!

We had a very good stay. Room cleaned and towels replaced every day. Very good breakfast (English and continental at your choice). Free wi-fi access to the web. To reach the underground you have to walk for about 10 mins, but the station is an excellent position to reach in a short time the most important places of interest. I'd give a 9 overall!

We stayed in an apartment, and it was excellent for the 4 of us. Very friendly staff who took good care of us. Only problem is they want to charge a fee for using a debit or credit card at the end, and it was never mentioned before.

Very nice and clean, although not to spacious rooms. Breakfast room a bit small but with perfect english breakfast. Very friendly welcoming and service. Close to Hammersmith station. Price (for London) absolutely OK. I would recommend it.

In pochi minuti ci è stata assegnata camera.

The apartment is situated in Loftus Road, near Shepard's Bush underground station, not as near to the hotel. The owner drove us with his private car from the hotel to the apartment. Perfect for self caterer. Spacious apartment for 4 persons, modern staffed, very clean. Friendly owner.

The hotel is as it is described on the site excepting the map of the location: the hotel seems to be in Earl Court zone but is 2 underground stops after (Hammersmith). It is no easily to get it, it is 600 mt. far from the underground stop.

We found the manager and all the staff absolutely lovely. Our room was clean, the breakfast fabulous and the manager overwhelmingly accomodating. I had a family emergency taking place at home and my cell phone was not working. He let me use the hotel phone (as there are no room phones) since I had an international calling card. He also asked about my situation every time I saw him afterwards. Very compassionate. If you want a quiet room, do not get one in the front. There is a lot of street noise but that is to be understood, it is a busy street. It didn't bother my husband or myself as we are both pretty sound sleepers. I will not hesitate to book a room at the Dalmacia for my next visit to London. Very convenient to bus, tube, train and not far out of the main stream of things. There are nice restaurants surrounding the hotel and shopping not far, around 4 blocks away at Shepherds Bush Green, cinema as well. LOVED IT!

I've stayed in London a dozen times over the past couple of years, and this was definitely the best value for the money. Never having rented an apartment before, I was very happy with this one. The only thing missing was air conditioning, as it was during a heatwave and not having it was a little uncomfortable.

We are a family with two kids (15 and 18) and stayed a week in the two bedroom annex located near the Shepbards Bush tube station. The annex is located on peaceful side-street, a few hundred meters away from the busy main street with a a great number of grocery and fruit stores, pizzerias, restaurants, and a bakery. One of the grocery stores is open 24 hours a day. A huge mall, one of the biggest in Europe, is located within a walking distance. The suburb where the hotel is located is a colourful one with a multi-ethnic population, this creating an interesting contrast to the tourist areas in the center of the city. The hotel annex itself was an ordinary flat in the second floor of a British style row-house, equipped with everything a family needs like a stove, fridge, washing maschine, micro-wave oven, dish-washer, and tv. The furniture, mainly purchased from Ikea, was brand-new, and the apartment was in an excellent condition. There was even an 220 volt electric socket in the bathroom where we could charge our mobile phones. The owner of the place, who took us from the hotel to the annex in his car, was friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only disadvantage was that it took a while to get to the center and back (perhaps 30-45 minutes) since you usually had to make a transfer at Hammersmith. However, we did not mind since there was no need to go back to the downtown area in the evening since everything we needed was available at a close distance in Shephards Bush. Besides, the prices in the restaurants were considerably cheaper here that they would have been in the center. Thus I am happy to recommend the hotel for everyone and especially for families. We would definitely stay there again when visiting London the next time.

The street is very noisy so we urge everyone to ask for a room towards the inner yard. There is a police & fire station nearby so prepare to wake up a few times per night if your window is towards the street. One thing that I think they should tell in the reception is that the toilet has an own tank that refills itself, thus leading to the fact that you have to wait a short period (10 min) between flushing the toilet. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast good and the price/quality ratio also good.

Nice hotel, probably a good one, for London. However, I wouldn't rate it with 3-stars... It's rather a nice B&B, quite close to the Metro station (10 min.) The neighborhood might look strange at the beginning, but once that you're used to it (and with the frequent Police cars during the night) everything it's fine :). Probably I'll stay here again - it's a good trade-off quality/location/price (for London).

This hotel was located in a good area only a 10 minute walk from the subway station and a 10 minute ride from there to the center of London. The room was small but we were given a 3 person room instead of 2 so that gave us a bit more space. The area outside seemed very nice and although not all of the staff spoke English very well they were helpful.

Niente fronzoli ma tanta sostanza. A cominciare dalle colazioni, pantagrueliche.

Our room turned out to be a spacious apartement with a top modern kitchen and a spacious living room. It was quite distant from the hotel. For us, that was not a problem since we had a rental car - it was actually better since we did not have any problem finding parking space. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone. Note that we do not have a clue of how the rooms look at the actual Hotel.

Room was large, bathroom was small, but adequate. Shower temperature was variable, leading to unpleasant freezing-burning cycles. Breakfast was good. Hotel is somewhat removed (half an hour by bus and tube) from main London attractions. We hoped for more for 75 pounds, but maybe London lodgings are still expensive, even when compared with Paris.

We stayed in the Loftus apartment in Hammersmith. We arrived at 8.00am and George was kind enough to drive us straight to the apartment (giving us a good guided tour along the way) The apartment was very well appointed, spotlessly clean, our one hiccup was a blocked pipe which was fixed instantly. Close to the tube and busses. We would definately reccomend this apartment and most definately stay here again.

My best friend and our two twenty one year old daughters stayed in the very large basement apartment of the Dalmacia Hotel for two nights. We loved the apartment so much that we regretted we were not staying longer. Be aware that the apartment is in Loftus road about a 20 walk from the hotel but we were brought by car. From the moment we stepped through the front door we were knocked out. The photos on the web do not do justice. The place was immaculate with an en suite in both bedrooms and another toilet in the utility room. French doors led out into part of the garden where the next door's cat liked to welcome you. Wow from start to finish. A 10 minute walk to Shepard's Bush tube station to get to Oxford Circus. The Westfield (hugh) shopping centre also 10 minute walk. Next time we'll stay longer for sure. Thank you very much to the owners.

As a first time traveller, on my own to another country, I was really nervous how everything would be going. The welcome in the hotel was nice. The people were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very nice. A lot of stuff you can choose from. I did not spend that much time in the hotel itself but the time that I was there the people were very nice and helpfull. The only thing that I did not really like was that the room was smaller then it looked on the pictures. I guess because it was a different toom then that I saw on the pictures. But if you travel and you need a room in Hammersmith this is the hotel to take.

The hotel was very well-situated, only 10-12 minutes' easy walk from Hammersmith tube station. Hotel was non-smoking, although there were still some remaining vestiges of stale smoke from its pre-non-smoking days. Room was relatively quiet (at back of hotel, as requested), and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. For London, this hotel is reasonably priced and well-located.

We were looking for an aparment for 4 adults in London. The official list does not figure Dalmacia as an apartment. But after some search at Trip advisor we could find it out. The manager of the apartment was very helpful. The apartment was with two spacious rooms & a sitting room with reasonably sized kichenette. There were two toilets. The apatment was reasonably clean. The only problems with the apartment is that it lacks a reception. The reception is with the main Dalmacia hotel which is about 15-20 min. walking/4 bus stop away from the apartment. You will have to collect the keys from the main Dalamacia hotel. The manager was very helpful. He helped us with the luggage to be transferred to the annexe apartment in a car. My overall experience with this apartment is excellent & I recommend it to everybody with a family of four or to a group. It is the value for the money you pay.

We had a perfect apartment. It was very spacious wih two bedrooms, two bathrooms a livingroom and a kitchen. The neigbourhood it was in wasn't top of the bill, but it was 5 minutes walk from a subway station and there where some shops and (takeway)restaurants close by. The apartment wasn't inside the hotel, but several streets away from it. The owner of the hotel brought us with his car to the apartment so that was OK

Camera 09.

Room N. 3 (first floor), paid 55 pounds/night through venere.com (the room prices posted inside the hotel seemed somewhat cheaper); it has two single beds. It's an overall small but nice hotel, with a good quality/price ratio. Rooms and baths are small, but very clean and well maintained (for instance towels changed every day). Room was quiet, with little noise from the street; though, from time to time there was some squeaking noise from the floors above. The english breakfast was especially rich and good, and the personnel quite friendly and helpful. I have only a couple of negative comments: first, the mattress was probably a cheap one, a little too firm and bumpy, thus not very comfortable; second, they charge 3% extra for paying with a credit card (while most hotels don't).

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a triple room which was a little cramped with the extra single bed. Our room faced the main road which made it quite noisy with the traffic. The breakfast was hearty with full English and continental breakfast options. The staff made us feel at home. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. There are 3 lines available from this station which make getting to all the sights of London very easy.
