Location was good, 5 minutes distance from the subway. The room was cold and poor. The bathroom was bew but it was freezing. Breakfast is essential and served in a tiny toom, only available for 1 hour and half. As we entered in the bedroom, we thought the air conditioning was on but we immediately realized that the window had creacks which I had to fill it with toilet paper not to freeze. I'm aware London is expensive but if I think that for the overall quality of the facility they should drop down the price. Not worth it at all

The negative point is the breakfast room : it's too small and sometimes you have to wait a long time before having a seat.

The rooms were small and not very well maintained, but they were fairly clean. The staff was helpful but limited in what they could do. The breakfast was marginal at best. There is no elevator or lift. We were looking for a low rate and the Chelsea House fit the bill. We weren't expecting very much. We were neither surprised or disappointed.

the carpets were dirty, we had to ask for towels and soap, since some days they weren`t provided. We asked for a change of room and we got a better one. The tv was very small, very few channels, worked badly. Breakfast ok

I really don`t understand all these bad comments about this hotel! It`s a cheap hotel in a big city. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, which I consider normal in this price range, in an old building. Go to e.g. Paris, you`ll get the same thing for the price! All I needed actually was a bed, since I didn`t go to London to spend the day in the hotelroom, and the bed was actually very comfortable. The hotel was excactly what I expected when I booked. Nothing more, nothing less!

QUI IN ITALIA UN POSTO SIMILE LO FAREBBERO CHIUDERE ALL'ISTANTE:CAMERA FAMIGLIARE PER 4 PICCOLISSIMA NEL SOTTOSCALA CON UNA PUZZA INSOSTENIBILE E RUMOROSISSIMA.LA PRIMA NOTTE MI SONO DOVUTA CAMBIARE LE LENZUOLA DA SOLA PERCHE' ERANO ORRIBILMENTE SPORCHE. NON E' POSTO PER UNA FAMIGLIA. DOPO AVER QUESTIONATO MI HANNO CAMBIATO CAMERA. IN TUTTO HO RESISTITO SOLO DUE NOTTI.COLAZIONE DA FAME,CON TOVAGLIE MACCHIATE. CONSIGLIATO SOLO AI PEGGIOR NEMICI!

Struttura pessima e molto sporca.

The rooms were extremely small as well as the showers. We found ticks in the bed. The linens looked nice and clean though and the area is pretty central. We took the Piccadilly line from Earl's court station, which is just 4 blocks away. The girls working there were pretty nice, however the owner/manager was a little grumpy. They did let us leave our bags in the dining area the day we checked out, since the plane wasn't until later that night. Overall i was a little disappointed, even though i had my expectations pretty low already. I would stay again only if i had a very limited budget and i didn't have to spend any time in the room other than the night.

the bathroom was surprisingly dirty and small, although the room was quite simple but nice. there has been lots of overbooked reservations, so lots of people were angry and shouted in the hotel. a whole family slept in the storeroom. we had to ask several times for some toasts for breakfast, we could only take cereals freely. the room was so noisy that we could hear our neighbours speaking.

we stayed there for a week - to sum it up: great price / performance ratio - but really small rooms and only continental breakfast. wireless internet is in the 3rd floor quite unstable - but it is for free ;-} a overall recommandation for people who want to save money and can live with small rooms.

La colazione è un po povera e i bagni piccoli e un po angusti; per la ottima collocazione dell'hotel in una zona bellissima di londra quale Earl's court e il prezzo vale comunque la pena stare in questo hotel! sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno!

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and were at hand. Overall a good hotel for a weekend trip on a budget. Beware as there are no lifts but stairs and one room did not have curtains but overall for the price you pay and location tp the tube is perfect.

Room was so small could hardly walk between beds, waited 30 minutes to get key to reach room after going out in evening as reception was locked and no-one in attendance. Breakfast was totally inadequate and dining room bears no resemblace to photo on net!Room not cleaned and towels not changed one day.

We checked-in a twin bedroom in early May 06. The room was small but clean. However, the wireless internet connection was not too stable. And the hotel was under renovation at that time, there was a strong smell of paints. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes' walk to the Earl's Court tube station which have direct line to the airport.

Private parking was listed as a feature for this property. It should say there is only one space available. Because that was already taken, i asked where i could park to which i was told to park on the street... The street being residential permit only... i shared this info and was told--"you get the ticket and then pay the fine"--- When asked where a parking might be and reply of don't know... and not suggestions where to look either. The rooms were extremely small as was the bathroom, which you couldn't turn sideways in if the door was closed, nor could you wash your face without getting water all over the floor due to the small kidney bean shaped sink... the room was smoking although we had requested non-smoking. Overall, i felt that this was a disappointment and not worth the price we paid. I will not be staying there again nor recommending anyone to stay there.
