Poor quality but the cost is for London ok. At the groundfloor there's a bar so until 1 a.m. you hear noise.

Very Convenient Hotel well located for the price payed. We were staying for 4 nights we were dissapointed that there was no place to go bar your room in the hotel which were very small. We had booked 2 rooms, the double was fine for value for money the tripleroom which was for our children. This was on the top floor, steep stairs broken unrepaired door lock. We were spoiled for choice for local restaurants for eating out at night which worked well. Brilliant location to south ken tube station .

We were told that we had been allocated a ground floor room because we were travelling with my disabled mum only to discover that there are no ground floor rooms. A much looked forward to weekend turned into an extremely traumatic nightmare.

Breakfast very simple, but otherwise near a undergroundstation och worth its price.

The hotel is too expensive for the poor facilities they offer : we were three in a small room ; we didn't have water in the morning so we couldn't have a shower. When we had water, we had only hot water no cold water. They were leaks in the bathroom and the only window in the room was broken. Breakfast was very poor. We change rooms but it was the same. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I wanted to claim to the manager but he was never there. I will write to him and ask for a refund. What other solution do I have to claim. We were not satisfied at all. Sorry but this was not acceptable.

For most travelers this might be a very good option, especially if you plan to be around most of the day. If you expect a fancy hotel, do not go here. There is no dining room but beacuse of that you get breakfast with free room service at time you choose. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The price (300 GBP for 5 nights) and location beat many other hotels. I had some problems with hot water (trapped air) in the morning in my room, but staff was helpful. I could change the room but I prefered to stay in double for the price of a single. Maps on venere.com are terrible. Elsewhere location of hotel is correct.

we stayed in a twin room and it was kept clean and was a quiet room at the back of the Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was brought to our room at the time requested, and was enough for the start to our day. The Hotel is situated perfectly within Bus and Underground services, and is within walking distance to 3 Museums, good restaurants and shops. I would sum up by saying this Hotel is in an ideal position to get anywhere in London quickly and easily. Thank you for our stay.

Le camere sono molto piccole, letto 1 piazza e mezza, la colazione è scarsa. Però è pulito ed ha una posizione eccezionale a 50m dalla metro. Visto il rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a coppie giovani!

This hotel has totally spoiled my stay in London! I could not sleep the first night, due to the really poor quality of the bed (springs out of the mattress!!). I changed the room but the situation did not improve. TERRIBLE! Breakfast included: yes, but nobody told me it was to be eaten inside our room...sitting on the bed because there was no place to put the tray for two people. And the quality of food?? I WAS SPEECHLESS!

Of course it was very expensive, but it is right in the center of London. The room was very nice, breakfast was included and brought to your room, although it wasn't much... But in all, I had a pleasant stay.

Room far too small for price. Asked for another room and that one was even worse. No help from staff. Breakfast in room with one chair. so one person could sit at the table the other person had to sit on the bed, or take it in turns to use the chair. Bathroom was nice, apart from the shower which would wet the whole bathroom while you took a shower. We reported the shower to receiption and the response was we could always look for another hotel.

As regards only being London overnight I found hotel excellent for what myself and my colleague required. It was welcoming and location to transport top notch.

We stayed in a 5th floor without lift (not recommended for people aged); we had a walk to the room; and no speak about the stairs. The room for four (with two children 10 and 14 was spaciousness, but the beds cleanliness of the beds doubtfully.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR ONE NIGHT.... THE ROOM WAS TINY AND SCRUFFY AND THE FLOOR WOULD PROBABLY HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE BED.(APPARENTLY THIS WAS A DELUXE ROOM!!! BREAKFAST CONSISTED OF 2 SLICES OF TOAST A GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE AND A HORRIBLE CUP OF COFFEE. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN, ALTHOUGH I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT & FRIENDLY.

Hotel Brompton we choose because of the good situation near South Kensington Station and we found everything as advertized. After the nice photographs in the web our room was disappointing, because really very tiny for three adult persons, but clean. Unfortunately the window/door was not tight, so that we heard not only the noise of the street very well but felt constantly the cold draught especially during the night. The drainpipe in the bathroom was plugged. The employees were always very kind. We would return to Brompton Hotel if we could get another room...
