when I arrived I had a good welcoming but there wasen't a bedroom so you bring me in an other hotel the ALBRO GUESTHOUSE and that was durty small and breakfast was the worst that I ever tried!!!! I'm sorry usually I'm not so critic but I diden't like it at all!!! I hope the next time I'll come again to yours hotel to try how it is!!!!!!!!

This experience was so bad it has put us off booking online ever again! The stairs were so steep that our luggage had to be left in the foyer of the hotel. We were offered another room, however when we got inside the room started vibrating! This was due to being a few feet above the underground!! With trains going every 2 min till 12 pm! As a result of the room being on the top floor we never went out and saw as much as we would have. Plus it was physically draing and exhausting as the stairs were at an angle and narrow. Also the toilet was approx 12inches from my partners head! For the price paid the quality was really dismal. Had it been good we would have booked all the other nights we spent in the UK with your service.
