The hotel has a very good location, easy access to St Pancras train station and to the downtown. The staff is really kind and helpful. You get nice English breakfast included into the price. You can also leave your luggage for free. It is value for money.

Stayed at the Arosfa for four nights in december to do some christmas shopping and see the sights. Excellent little hotel - very homely and clean with great welcome from owners. Great cooked breakfast each morning. Very central so didnt have far to travel to anywhere. Only downside was the very tiny bathroom! Also no lift in hotel so be prepared to climb stairs.

Lovely hotel, very familiar welcoming and service over the days, lounge like a living room, nicely decorated, great breakfast. Small rooms with even smaller bathrooms, nothing for giants, but cosy. Quite loud on the street side, if windows are open, but that all doesn't matter: The atmosphere in this house is great! And added: Three subway-stations within a five minutes walk, buses in front of the door. 15-20 - minutes walk to the area of Covent Garden/ Leicester Sqare and so on. Thanks again to Tessa and Attila for making us a wonderful weekend!

Although the customer service from management was first class, this room was a joke. It was less than the size of a normal single room and way too small for two adults. My partner and I had to clamber over each other just to move around in the room. The bathroom was also less than the size of a normal caravan toilet and shower, making an unpleasant stay on what should have been otherwise in a very nice part of London. We are disappointed with being allocated this broom closet sized room (Room 6) and will advise all of our family, friends and colleagues to give this place a miss whilst in London. I would suggest management have a good look at them selves ethically, as both my partner and I would not have the conscience to accommodate two people in such a room.

There was much to recommend this establishment: Well located for transportation throughout London and to/from elsewhere from King's Cross/St. Pancras station; very friendly & helpful staff; substantial breakfast included; free WiFi with decent signal; reasonable rates (for London). Be advised that some single rooms are tiny, though; an average-sized person can almost touch both side walls at once. My room's layout was in fact quite functional and reasonably provided all of the usual comforts of a hotel room (aside from air conditioning, of course). As I had quite a bit of work to take care of, however, I had to improvise a desk (though I could also have worked in a common room on the ground floor).

This hotel is very good value for money considering it is London. It is within easy reach of all areas of London and there is a good choice at breakfast. The owners and staff are very welcoming and their customer service is second to none. We were able to leave luggage on the last day until our train at 20.30 which gave us all day to make the most of the visit. Rooms small but adequate and very clean, space is premium in London so this was not suprising. Would stay again in the future.

I can't say enough for this place: central location, nice neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from tube station. I walked here from London St Pancras off the Eurostar, which took about 20 minutes. Staff are really friendly and welcoming and I felt really looked after. My single room was small but didn't feel cramped at all. It made clever use of shelves built in around the doorway, and the room had a lovely view over the garden. Possibly the benefit of being a single traveller is not having to step around other people in small hotel rooms! Renovated bathroom was nice and much bigger than I thought it was going to be, especially compared to the last place I stayed at in London. Decent sized shower which was great. My only criticism is that there wasn't really anywhere to put my suitcase, but it was fine on the floor against the wall. There's nothing fancy about it but the place just has a really good vibe, and because it's not very big, doesn't feet crowded or impersonal. In fact it feels a bit like staying at a friend-of-a-friend's house. Loved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

Single room, compact but never tight, with a very nice decoration. View to the garden! Slight noise only from the corridors never from the other rooms. Delightful breakfast - full English -. Would recommend and return.

My room was tiny but efficient. Since I read the reviews beforehand, I knew this ahead of time and this was fine for me. I was impressed by how well organized way the place was run and would stay there again.

My stay here was top-notch. The lounge was the best as was the daily breakfast. The staff was friendly and very, very welcoming. Definitely recommend this property, and it is close to everything.

Size of the room was incredible small!! I believe it was a one-person-room with an extra bed and not a twin-room. the bathroom was exeptionally tiny!! About one m², I believe. Allthough very clean and a good breakfast. Employees are polite and friendly. Hotel is at Gower Street, which is very central and not far away from Oxford Street, Leiscter Square, etc. Area around the hotel is friendly and underground is not far away (about 5 Min by foot).

We had such high expectations for the hotel but were truly dissapointed. Everything else was just fine, except the size of the room and bathroom. We had a twin room that was more like a corridor since it was so narrow (width less than 2 m). The beds on one side of the room one after the other. There was no place for our suitcase. The ensuite bathroom was so small that you couldn't turn around there. The walls are really thin so you could hear people talking in the neighboring room.

We sleected the hotel based on reviews by other travellers and were not disappointed. It is an excellent hotel very centrally located. It is a short walk from three tube stations giving easy access to all the major attractions. The breakfast choice was particularly good with cereals croissants, jams, fuit and a full english breakfast. Fruit and bottled water was provided in the room each day.

We spent six days at Arosfa in June 2009. We had a very good time there, even if the room was a bit small. Very good position and excellent breakfast.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Being near to the university (in fact sharing a street with student accommodation) I was a little worried about noise. However, the double glazing did a really good job of shutting out any street noise. The room was clean and attractively furnished, although small as I had expected from the reviews. The hotel is very well situated and there are lots of restaurants and takeaways around. A few things that could be better - the TV digital signal was very bad (unwatchably so) on a lot of the channels. The wifi also didn't work - the signal was very good but the DHCP server appeared not to be working so it was unusable.

A good hotel, we especially appreciated excellent service in mail correspondence directly with the hotel prior to our visit. Location is excellent, and although there is traffic in street including buses, in a room towards the back the noise is not troubling at all. Breakfast very good.
