We were waiting under heavy snow outside and try to put the luggage in earlier at around 7:30am but it was not being entertained. This hotel is run by an old couple. The male owner is not friendly, but his wife is very friendly, but we managed to talked to her once only.

Andrews House Hotel is in very poor state, the house has not been maintained well for many many years. We stayed there in November and had to keep our clothes on at night to keep warm. After the first night we asked for another room because it was too cold. We got a new one without trouble. The owners are nice and sheets and towels are clean. But because of the poor maintenance, hygiene and safety might be a problem - not a place for sensitive people.

I knew the hotel was not the best from the comments of the other guests... So I was not surprised when I saw the room... The shower in the room is ridicoulus.. So my suggestion is to use the bathroom for the guests. I had a triple room, (number 28) was very spacious but not so clean.. Tv in black and white, dirty shower, lamps broken.. The staff was very kind and the lasy helped us to choice what to visit first.. The price was low if compared with the position.. For a few days It's a good option for staying in London... But do not pretend too much.. :-P

Old but clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Very well located, 70m from hyde park and lancaster gate station. The couple of owners pay really attention to you. Good breakfast, It's worth it to wake up at 8:30. The multiple small reparations with rubber band are part of the charm.

Non aspettatevi grandi cose, ma per quel prezzo a notte - specie la doppia - l'hotel vale la pena per giovani, non famiglie (avranno qualche problema ad abituarsi all'odore perenne di moquette vecchia, vecchissima, antica). Ottimi per giovani in cerca di divertimento, a due passi dalla linea rossa, non ci sono orari, chiavi sempre in mano, puoi pure tornare accompagnato (ehm...).

I can see they have very very less customer (no more than 4 peoples when we staying) but I don't know why they offer us the top of the floor (at 5/F floor, no lift). The inside decoration is extremely old, like a ghost house. They offer us so far so good continantal breakfast (cheese, bread, oat, milk, tea/coffee). The location is very near underground (lancaster gate) and quiet outside and near hyde park. If I can choose again, I will not choose this one again, because they provide no service (they don't let us to store luggage in reception on the check out date). I will not recommend.

Never EVER stay at this hotel. The pictures were a complete misrepresentation of the rooms. We slept in our clothes to avoid touching anything. the soap in the room was used. I want my money back. It was horrific

We have been to London many times and this is definately the poorest hotel we've ever stayed in! It was a shock for me to arrive, because the impression I got from the web page didn't match reality at all! Maintenance of the property was no-existing - it looked as if it hadn't been touched since the 80's. For example, the carpets was patched up with gaffertape, the window in our room was unable to close and the shower in our room had no hot water! However, the old lady who run the place did everything she could to make us comfortable. The pricelevel was good, considering it was located in central London, but I did expect to get a little more for my money!!

This was the cheapest I could find in London so I took it.I stayed six nights in a single bedroom with a shower but no toilet.It's all very run down, kept together with gaffer tape but surprisingly clean.The TV set in the room is older than time itself.The noise from the street was unbeliveable like there was no glass at all in the windows.

Ok, the price is very low, and breakfast is included,but the structure is a bit old,location was good, the room for 3 was quite small, bathroom was clean, the hotel offers "just the essential"

Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione è abbondante, il personale e le stanze un pò cupe. La pulizia non è il loro forte e le foto non sono reali. La metro è però vicinissima e per brevi periodi è un B&B accettabile, anche se a parità di prezzo ne ho visti altri più confortevoli e puliti.

La foto o è di 10 anni fa o è ingannevole: la struttura è molto vecchia, fatiscente e neanche pulita. La doccia in camera è una cabina-armadio ridicola. La colazione pessima. Ok spendere poco ma almeno a sapere a cosa si va incontro...Unica nota positiva: è al centro e ben collegato. The photo is 10 years old or decptive: the hotel is very old, crumbling and not clean. The shower in the room a ridicule cabin closet. The breakfast is very bad. Ok an expensive price but at least to know what you're choosing... Only one positive thing: it's in the center of the city and well connected with underground.

Buongiorno, volevo comunicarVi che abbiamo usufruito della struttura alberghiera prenotata tramite il Vostro sito. Purtroppo è stata una grandissima delusione poiché, nonostante questa fosse in un luogo incantevole (presso Hyde Park), abbiamo trovato il servizio scadente a causa di sporcizia un po' ovunque. Non parliamo della doccia in camera (inutilizzabile) e dei servizi in comune (pietosi). La finestra della camera lasciava spazio a spifferi gelati (il letto era in parte a questa) e la moquette dava un po' di "ribrezzo". La casa e le stanze stavano in piedi grazie a chilometri di scotch (nastro adesivo). Anche i proprietari non eccellevano in gentilezza (specialmente il marito).. Una struttura FATISCENTE (internamente) che ci ha deluso veramente molto. Con due bambine non cercavamo hotel di lusso o chissa cosa... ci bastava un luogo pulito. Per esperienza ho girato Inghilterra, Scozia e Irlanda e sono stato in B&B in ogni dove... ho trovato sempre strutture pulite e accoglienti (e non era una questione di prezzo). Questa volta, muovendomi con la famiglia ho voluto prenotare prima... Bhe, per fortuna i tre giorni a Londra sono stati fantastici (vuoi la città, vuoi il tempo splendido...) ma Vi consiglio di avvisare i possibili altri clienti di questa struttura perché qualcuno potrebbe anche arrabbiarsi. All the hotel should have a restructuration. It's all style with very old furnitures. Carpets smell of dust. When I reserve a double room with shower, I imagine that the room has its own bathroom, but really it has only a shower cabin just near the bedroom!

Andrews Hause Hotel is a good B&B, when you don't want spend much money. The shower is in the room and it's very clean. The hotel in general is very old and not very clean, but the more importants things as savannas, shower ... Have nice days!!!

This was the most horrible place to stay ever, and if we did not move to another hotel after a day our whole vacation would be ruined. The place is old and very dirty and the service is completely horrible. This place should be shut down because it is unsanitory and truly disgusting.

I know that for £40 per night I can't expect a 5 stars hotel, but this B&B seemed to fall to pieces at any moment! ...and there is a smelly carpet everywhere, even in the bathroom!! A part of that, the location is perfect (close to the underground, Hyde Park, and Marble Arch)!

Tutto è terribilmente costoso a Londra, questi signori con tanta buona volontà hanno allestito un rifugio dignitoso a prezzi ragionevoli. Sicuramente siamo ragazzi giovani e il lusso non c'interessa, cercavamo un posto pulito per dormire e l'abbiamo trovato. La posizione è eccellente!

Every camping offers better conditions. Never stayed in such a dirty and uncomfortable location before. Not to recommend.
