I am a regular London business traveller and try out a new hotel every time. The Boutique Hotel sounded very good on paper and was actually quite nice, nice rooms, excellent location, great breakfast. The only negative bit, the room was BOILING hot! We turned off ALL heating systems and slept with the windows open (end october). For me a hotel needs to be comfort in all ways, so unfortunately I don't think I'll be back here..

We stayed two nights and it was our second stay. the experience is almost due to the quality of the staff who are excellent. The hotel itself is fine too.

I always go to the 54 Boutique hotel. Althought it's not a cheap one (but London is expensive) it's a very beautiful hotel, with quiet, clean and beautiful rooms. The staff is young and really helpfull. The location is perfect. Lift for the 3 first floors. The last floor as some stairs. Breakfast (included) in the lounge (2 tables with chairs and 4 sofas).

This is not the 1st time I visit London and I always go to 54 boutique hotel. It's quiet, clean, welcoming and beautiful. The only thing which could be improve is having more tables to have breakfast. I don't find easy to eat on a sofa (only 2 tables with chairs in the lounge with sofas). But that's not much for an inconvenient...

The hotel was very clean, with modern public areas and friendly staff. It is also well situated to several museums and cute residential neighborhoods. However, the single room was EXTREMELY small (just big enough to fit a twin mattress). It would be a good idea to include a picture of the single room on your website. Also, the staff never responded to an e-mail request I sent prior to my trip asking for a picture of the room. Other than the size of the room (which, notably, is common in London), the hotel was very good.

What lifted this above similar hotels of this type was the quality of the staff. From greeting to goodbyes it was excellent; friendly and effecient. It seems to be trying to punch above its weight and succeeding; modern and very comfortable. The hotel is quiet but this is central London so there is some street noice. One possible negative, the lift does not go to the top floors.

It's the 3rd time we come to this hotel. First time a very nice single and twice a perfect double. The hotel is quiet and clean. Very good location and bedding. The only thing is that the breakfast room is the bar, so if your not early, you have to eat on a sofa (but who care?). Stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. Narrow corridors. We'll definitely go back here.
