i was traveling with a friend of mine just to spend few days at the beach and fun at night, so we didn't expect very high quality actually but the hotel was very bad, it's rated as a 3 stars but actually is less than 1 star, i really don't know how an hotel like this is still open...rooms dirty and with old furniture, very bad food that even having a full board we had to go out for dinner and lunch every day. you could do everything you wanted, there were no rules in this hotel, you can break, dirt everything with no one tell u to not do that...we really didn't expect so bad situation

I stayed here in august. The hotel has 3 stars but it is quite old and not renovated so 2 stars would be enough. It was full of young people and so it was plenty of noises. However, I knew that would happen but it was the cheapest option. That depends on priorities... If you just look for a place to sleep is not that bad, as you can walk 10 minuts and you reach the beach. If you are thinking of enjoying your hotel and rest.. then better to look for another option!

I have been travelling 35 years and also work in the hotel industry I did not thimk that this sort of hotel was allowed to operate in the EU.I had to move out half way during the night as I could not spent one night in this hotel let alone three. This hotel has a lot of problems. Starting with arogant staff , damaged fire safty equipment. the doors to the bedrooms were far from secure, i can assure you that a small tump would have sent the lock flying . Ther was not one sunbed by the pool that we could see that was not craked across the midlle straps. I think vennere should review this hotel and remove it from their internet sight since it will definaltly put me off booking with them again.

The hotel is in the center of LLoret de Mar and it's near to the sea (very little walk). It's very big and there are a lot of guests, there is a swimming pool, restaurant, everything you need. I enjoyed my holidays there

From smelly rooms to flighting in the bar this place is a mess. 4 star is a joke. If its a drunken rowdy night out you want with saloon type fights then this is the place for you. In the last month 2 people have been stabbed and 1 lad bottled. I feel sorry for the Spanish staying here as some of the English who stay are pigs

Posizione super centrale, camere pulite, abbastanza spaziose ma un po' rumorose data la clientela giovane che frequenta l'hotel e la grande piscina sulla quale si affacciano gran esse. Se si sceglie quest'hotel per stare tranquilli...non è la scelta giusta. I servizi sono buoni e il ristorante ha un buffet abbastanza ricco.

As a regular visitor to Lorette De Mar, I have used numerous hotels and this one fails to reach the standards that I am used to. It seems to have let it's standards slip in the decor, food and staff. The price for all inclusive seems fair but when you have to go out and buy your own food and DRINK then the price increases tremendously. Should take a leaf out of it's sister hotel, The Royal Beach's, book and inprove it's quality.

The standard of the tiny rooms (ours did not look like the one in the photo)were poorly furnished and the maintenance left a lot to be desired with shutters hanging lose, TV did not work, beds poor, bathroom old and dirty. This hotel needs money spending on it. It WAS once a good hotel, hope you don't have to wait as long as we did for the lifts..... The food quality is very poor and staffing limited (we only had breakfast). It is right, you only get what you pay for - we certainly did but we would NEVER return.

In order to be classified as a 3 star hotel, maintenance and clean up is needed. Employees can not manage too noisy customers. Breakfast's quality not good. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Hotel muy viejo, con habitaciones un poco sucias. Las puertas de las habitaciones eran muy malas y hacía que cualquier ruido del pasillo se filtrara en el interior. Comida tipo buffet pero de muy mala calidad y escasa variedad. Había 3 ascensores para subir o bajar que tardaban muchos minutos en acudir.

The first impression of the room is schocking, but the breakfast & over all price Vs service makes you forget, I wish i could have payed a little more and find Tv remote in the room, lifts which work properly, a double bed & heating/cooling in the room.

La camera da 4 posti, in realtà era una doppia con 2 letti aggiunti e quindi molto poco spaziosa. In generale però il giudizio,anche in rapporto al prezzo pagato, è buono.

We got an excellent price on the internet, but the hotel manager was very unhappy about it and tried to make us pay double the internet price! The manager claimed that the Venere internet site and confirmation did not obligate him and that we had gotten a ridiculously cheap price. It was a nasty debate, on which he conceded in the end, because I had paid cash upfront to the desk at the stated internet price before he arrived. He was angry and self-righteous; I did not like this encounter at all, and I think Venere should call him to order. The print-out from the internet clearly stated a price for one double-bed BB room, for 2 people (a couple), at a total cost of 30 Euro. If the hotel was unhappy about this, it should not have confirmed the reservation with Venere. Afterwards, we checked with the nearest local ministry of tourism office, and the officials there agreed with us 100% after looking over the confirmation from the Venere site. The hotel room itself was not unreasonable, about two star level, very modest bed, the bathroom was clean but cheap hostel level. General maintainence did not leave an aesthetic feeling. But as place to put your head down while passing thru Costa Brava, it was OK, and breakfast was included. We didn't have time for the pool.

Piu' che un Hotel sembra un casermone frequentato da ragazzini isterici che urlano, saltano, sbattono le porte, lanciano di tutto dai balconi e ascoltano la musica ad alto volume 24h su 24h. La cosa sconcertante é che nessuno dello staff sia mai intervenuto. L'Hotel dovrebbe essere rinnovato. Le camere sono spartane cosi' come i servizi igienici. Lo consiglio a chi non ha voglia di dormire e spendere molto.

A real 1 star for the old furniture and food and they not have present my petition of quite room and they give me a room just in front the elevators. We couldn´t sleep all the night. I don´t recomed this hotel nobody.

The Hotel is OK, but... Elevator in the hotel is not. Small, slow, and always busy. We mostly choose the stairs.

Hotel well-appointed near bus station, a few steps from the beach and the animated centre. Grand Hotel Casino Royal offers a friendly staff, is a structure very spacious but with small bedrooms and not comfortable. The breakfast offered is very poor without choice, better the dinner. The Hotel not offers animation during the day.

The rooms were very noisy, We had to be moved from our room as the light in the bathroom did not work and there was no one to fix it. People were playing foot ball in the main reception and the general hotel was of very low standard. we stayed other nights else where for the same price and had much better nights sleep. I could go on but I think you should have the idea by now.

This is a very basic old hotel and not at all like the photos would suggest. The bed linen was threadbare, the buffet breakfast and tea was very poor quality and to use the TV required a 20 Euro deposit for the remote! It was seemed to be full of people on budget package tours. The bedroom doors were hollow core which meant they were not fire resistant and there was no sprinkler system. There were only 3 out of four lifts working and with a maximum of 4 people per lift they did not cope with the large numbers of guests so most were walking up several flights of stairs. Only positive was a very nice man in reception and a view of a soccer match from our window!

The picture shows a beach, but the hotel is definitely not on the beach. The hotel is badly kept: the elevators are very slow and often out of service and paint is falling of the ceiling & walls. But most annoying of all: IT IS VERY NOISY - due to the cleaning staff making lots of noise (tearing beds over the tiled floors, dropping things etc). I was very pleased with earlier bookings through Venere, but this hotel does not fit their list!

le rapport qualité-prix est très correct en comparaison des autres hôtels de la ville. Donc vu le prix, il ne faut pas être trop exigeant! Les chambres sont en effet très bruyantes car les sols sont en carrelage (idem pour les couloirs). Nous avons été très déçus par la nourriture car c'était toujours la même chose avec un choix restreint et surtout un aspect de nourriture industrielle mais heureusement il y a de quoi se restaurer ailleurs dans Lloret (par contre c'est difficile de trouver de la cuisine catalane). Attention car il y a une erreur sur la présentation de l'hôtel: il ne dispose pas de parking comme c'est précisé, comptez donc 40 euros supplémentaires pour le parking municipal situé tout à côté.

If you have no air conditioning you don't have to write on your website that you have it and if you have to give us dinner on different hours you should tell us before booking because we have had dinner at 18:45 without knowing it before and we have been unable to change the dinner hour.

I thought the standard of accomadation for the price we paid was very reasonable One thing i have noticed however it is now not possible to indicate whether we want to book half board on the venire web site. Why is this, because we would like to have this option on your website for this and other hotels

For the price, this is an excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, with nice patios. The beds are a little squeaky, but comfortable. The TV and phone in my room did not work, but this actually added to my sense of "vacation". Given the low price, the hotel is frequented by people who can be quite noisy. The cleaning staff is also quite noisy in the mornings. The hotel rooms have paper thin walls, so bring earplugs. The restaurant/cafeteria serves a decent breakfast. The pool and pool area are excellent. The surrounding streets are noisy, but you're a short walk from the beach and all sorts of food and entertainment. The hotel is also located right next to the bus station, with regular bus service to the Blanes train station, which goes into Barcelona and to the airport.
