METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after noon. Arrivals after 8 p.m. should be communicated to the hotel in advance.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
