The staff very impolite.Very poor facilities.We were not provided any blanket.Somemore, heater is not turned on.So we were freezing for the whole night.Not kettle was provided in the room. We requested for drinking water, they asked us to buy or drink toilet water...We never go back again!!!Definetely not recommended to our friends!!!

Third visit to hotel. We use as a stopover to visit Barcelona. It's absolutely fine for our purpose, cheap digs, nice town, close to Barca.Beware room 1536, the bathroom stinks, think it might be them skats I hoofed off the balcony 2 years ago festering somewhere(they weren't mine). Oh and has anyone else thought "THE SHINING" with those corridors. If I'd seen the kid on the trike I would have been out of there!

chambre en tres mauvais état. très mal insonnorisée un lit très petit pour un couple (100) matela de tres mauvaise qualité avec des ressors tres tres bruyant! baignoire minuscule toilettes tres vieux et sale très vieil hotel peut etre de luxe mais dans les années 30! parking à 14€ la nuit non couvert et tres loin de l'hotel nous avons été tres deçu et ne sommes pas pres de reserver a nouveau un hotel par le biais de votre site internet

Pessimo, sporco come non mai, le camere lugubri,lo sconsiglio vivamente, meglio spendere 10 euro in più ma non dormire li, da fuori si presenta veramente bellissimo, ma una volta dentro ha due zone, una dove sa di hotel a 4 stelle e una dove sa di vecchia bettola. Bocciato.

We were extremely disappointed. Filthy corridors with filthy carpets; a hole in the middle of the front door next to the door key. It was extremely difficult to park in the garage, the car was almost upside down. The remote control of the TV was not in the room. We went all the way back to get it and when we arrived in the room, there were no batteries inside!!! the walls of the bedroom were really dirty, not well painted, a disaster!!! The spa area announced in your site is completly apart of the hotel, it does not belong to the hotel at all and it's extremely expensive. We did not ask to pay just 50 euros per night. The price was offered to us. We could have paid more. Next time tell people exactly what they are going to have (or not to have) for 50 euros.

Nunca hemos visto algo tan tremendamente cutre y sucio en toda nuestra vida: impresionante. Una lamentable experiencia que no aconsejamos a nadie. Finalmente pagamos tres veces mas de lo establecido para que nos alojasen en una de las pocas habitaciones limpias y ligeramente presentables por que no teníamos tiempo de buscar otro hotel, ya que llegamos muy tarde y nos debíamos ir muy temprano. En resumen: terrible.

I always stay at this hotel but must admit that on this occassion it was not as good as any of my previous stays. Maybe the standards have dropped, I don't know. Upon arrival we were directed to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Bad start! The food for breakfast is certainly getting worse and this was in the better of the 2 sections of the hotel. If the quality keeps on falling, even though the price is excellent, I will certainly look elsewhere.

We've made a reservation for a double room. The room we got on the entrance to the hotel was in a bad condition but for 7 euros per person per night we got a great room.

The room was not clean, the bathroom smelled very bad. You can perfectly listen all the noise from the neighbors rooms. I could never consider this hotel as a three stars, I would give it one or twoo!

Second time we have stayed here, that in itself says it can't be too bad. Its cheap and cheerful and close to Barcelona, that's why we used this hotel. Breakfast was a bit inconsistent this time, bacon one day but not the next(i do like me bacon in the mornings), that was the only moan really, oh and someones old pair of scats on the balcony but we hoofed these onto someone else's! Sorry if it was yours.

Nous avons été envoyé dans la partie de l'hotel la plus ancienne ....chambre + salle de bain sans aucune insonorisation, on entendait carrément toute la conversation du voisin d'à côté ! Il existait une autre catégorie de chambres plus coquettes avec parquet et décoration plus moderne mais nous n'étions pas au courant (le site n'en parlait pas d'ailleurs). Les couloirs sont très bruyants, le petit déjeuner relève de la course tellement nous étions nombreux. Cerise sur le gateau : nous avons payé une communication téléphonique qui n'a jamais aboutit pour nous : réseau téléphonique défectueux ? On ne nous en a pas tenu compte ! Et encore est-il que nous ne nous sommes pas plaint de notre chambre ! Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel, même une suite dans ce contexte ne nous attirerait pas ! Le plus peut être, un ménage correctement fait malgré la vétusté du matériel.

A PERFECT PRICE-QUALITY COMBINATION.

Very great hotel.... A lot of space, 4 swimming pools, 4 parkings, good restaurants, snack bar... At about...3min from the beach walking down the little street full of present shops... A great place to have a nice and punchy holidays ;) At night, a lot of Nightclubs are open, Free entrance, "Happy hour", Foam parties... The pace is really incredible for young (23 y.o) foreigners

The initial room allocated did not have a safety deposit box, this was not discovered until after we had un-packed, and we had to change rooms, which was a pain. Reception staff were not particularly helpful and their limited english did not aid the situation. The two rooms we were allocated both had tiny bathrooms, with no view!! However, after sa shaky start things did improve. We were Room and breakfast only and for the money paid I believe we did get good value. A ll rooms are air conditioned at no extra charge, however, there was a thunder storm on the Saturday and the air conditioning tripped out, and was not on again until the Tuesday, despite reporting it on sevsral occasions. Complex is good, though not a lot of room / beds by the pools.Plenty of entertainment for kids especially early evening. Overall, the Hotel is very well situated, is good value for money and despite a few problems, we shall come back again and hope for a room with a view.

Excellent relationship between price vs quality. The night club is just a musical bar and it's not at all at the same very good level as the rest of the Hotel. The price of the parking is prohibitive ! 12 euros/day !!! for a parking far away from the hotel and outside without stabilized floor!

abbiamo speso veramente poco, e siamo stati qui solo 2 notti.comunque la stanza era vecchia, non pulitissima e l'albergo è un casino di notte.lo consiglio solo per soste al volo, se riuscite a prendere stanze a pochi soldi, altrimenti no.la spiagga è molto bella.

The hotel is quite, clean and in the very centre of the city, near everything. I don't know any other hotel there bu this one is very good. The floor of the rooms a little bit dirty though.

la camera che mi era stata assegnata con la prenotazione via internet era orribile: di pessimo aspetto, un bagno fatiscente, piccola e con 2 letti matrimoniali! ho cambiato camera con una junior suite veramente carina e nuova aggiungendo 16 euro al giorno.

My wife and I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights and if you intend visiting Loret De Mar heres how we did it. I traveled by Ryanair to Girona airport arriving at approx. 1730hrs. I decided to catch the local bus service at a cost of 8 Euros (40 Euros by taxi) and although we had to wait 1 hour for the bus, there was a good bar and snack bar in the airport lounge. We got off the bus at it's terminal in the centre of Lloret and a very short walk indeed (10 mins tops)found us at the hotel reception. The service by the reception was very good and the room given was very adequate, clean and tidy, with British television, and of a good standard. The buffet type breakfast was enjoyable and went down "Playing Jazz". The cost of this hotel at this time was very, very reasonable at 13 pounds per person per night. I have booked this hotel again for a further 2 visits, so that gives you some indication of how good it is! Go on book it, you won't be disappointed

Lors d'un repas au restaurant PETIT GRILL le 16/03/2005 nous avons été débité 3 fois du même montant ( 48,70 €) sur notre carte de crédit.Malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques au PARK HOTEL nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse pour régler ce problème.

We had an excellent stay at this particular hotel. Just a pity we didn't stay longer. The pricing was second to none, and booking on the internet made it so easy it seemed too good to be true. Will have no hesitation in booking with you again.

I only wanted cheap digs for a couple of days so I could visit Barcelona(certainly cheapest outsice Barca), the room was bigger than I expected and the full buffet breakfast was so much better than those continental style you are normally fobbed off with(beware the scambled egg, its green in colour but it tastes better than it looks).

pessimo albergo penso che non ci tornerò mai più non tanto per la camera che non era un granchè ma soprattutto per la maleducazione del personale, mi sono svegliata nel cuore della notte assetata, sono scesa in reception per prendere una bottiglia d'acqua visto che in camera non c'era il frigo bar, dal distributore erano finite così ho chiesto alla reception se si poteva avere una bottiglia dal bar la risposta è stata no, l'acqua dal distributore è finita vattela a prendere fuori!!! Penso che un comportamento del genere sia inaudito. mai più... la colazione faceva letteralmente schifo, le brioches erano di gomma..c'era fumo ovunque..insomma non ci andate!!!!

Despite a major dispute over the booking terms - website forms aren't ideal for making non-standard bookings - I do not vary my view that this complex offers the best off-season deals in Spain, and possibly in Europe. My advice is simple: book here off-season and use the low-cost airlines to get here via Barcelona or even Reus (approx 90 min to Lloret) or ideally Girona - approx a 35 min bus ride from Lloret (8Eu). And you still have the rail route from Perpignan or even Montpellier. Three years out of 4 we've enjoyed temps in late Oct/early Nov of 23-27 degrees C. Even in 2003 - a wet chilly exception - temps did not dip below 18 degrees. If you golf, get here and hire a car - at least 6 No 1 courses lie within 30-60 minutes. Or call in with Stuart Riley at Homer's Bar, Lloret and trust his advice - In my case he organised an excellent 4-ball.
