I stayed in this hotel for two nights only and I found that the staff were very friendly and competent. I spoke no Spanish and was delighted to find that the staff spoke English. The room that I had was overlooking the main road which was quite noisy at times during the night but that was to be expected. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and they provided toiletries and clean towels when needed.

No cafetaria, only the top floor restaurant was opened at 9:00 pm (expensive !) and limited services offered - probably due to holiday period ? - Limited or no English / French speaking - The facility was OK

How to reach Sercotel Condes de Urgel

By car
From N-II highway take exit Lleida Est, Polígon Industrial Camí dels Frares. Then continue towards Lleida centre. The hotel is near there.

From A-2 highway guests must take Salida 6. After the toll booth, take the exit Barcelona, Seu d'Urgell. Then continue until Avinguda Garrigues, Centre Ciutat exit.
