From 17th July to 29th August, at Easter time and May holiday bank if you cancel your reservation with less than 7 days of your check-in you will be penalised with 50% of the total amount of the first night. If your cancellation is made with less than 4 days your penalisation will be the total amount of the first night. There is no penalisation for the rest of the year providing you cancel with more than 48h before the date of your arrival.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

The staff were very welcoming and the surroundings were beautiful, but overall the services provided were poor.The bathroom was not ventilated and consequently smelt. Breakfast was available, but otherwise the only food was a limited and expensive room service menu. There was a small bar by the reception desk that was usually closed. The options were a cafeteria in the next door 3* hotel or walk into town a long way for retired folk or families with young children (parking in the town is impossible). We subsequently stayed at less expensive hotels in Asturias with better facilities; such as restaurants and coffee shops

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff - the only drawback was not having a restaurant - breakfast for 4 euro was very good - it is a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre which might be a problem for some people without transport - apart from that we couldnt recommend it highly enough
