Staff were pleasant but essentially monolingual. There was no restaurant or food service on site for lunch or dinner. The one restaurant a block away had only a Sloveian menu only. It was extremely crowned and not prepared for drop ins. By chance, we had food with us or would have gone hungry. The bar was not open at the specified times. We do not recommend this hotel except for native speakers.
