Hotel Park - Ljubljana

Rooms are basic, but very very clean. Breakfast was good. Only 5 minutes walk from the city center. You can ask at the reception for the 20% discount at Atlantis, a wonderful water park, located only 10 minutes by car from the hotel. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

The only positive points of this hotel is that it is pretty clean and the staff helpfull. The ratio price-services of this hotel is pretty poor... The quality of furniture is poor, the material on the ground and on the walls look very cheap, the lift is difficult to catch (in the morning it is better to use the stairs to get down from the 11th floor) and from the room levels it is impossible to go up, just possible to get down. The soap/shampoo is agressive. You have to plug a 3m cable through the room to get internet to the working place. You have to go down to reception to get the key and iron to get the ironing room and then get it back. The air conditionning is whistling so loudly that you can not turn it on more than for a few minuts. No safe in the rooms. The breakfast is a shame... Really not worth 150 €!!

Very nice hotel, centrally located, but within walking distance (a long walk though) from the rail station. Staff were friendly. The hotel also has a hostel section, a bit cheaper. Recommend the chocolate kebab at the main square where the university is.

Good and clean rooms, free wifi, although the surrounding blocks are a little bit depressing. but altogether this hotel is ok

First visit to Ljubljana; nice city! Hotel really close to the center.

Good value for the money. Very helpful, friendly hotel staff, allways there to help you. Rooms are very comfortable. It has great location, close to the city center. Hotel is very clean and tidy with a good breakfast and nice restaurant.

The location is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is not good. There are some noises in the mid-night, probably due to some bars not far from the hotel, and the sounds from Muslim Church.

We had booked a standard room but got a comfort room (a\c). It is definitely needed in the summer. The rooms are very basic, reminded me of college accomodation. However they are spotless. The location is great. For the price this hotel is perfect. We tried to book it again near the end of our holiday but it was booked out.

I think this hotel was far more of a "budget" hotel than the price indicated. Actually the property bares more resemblance to a hostel (only without the dorms). The rooms are purely functional. Considering the properties I stayed at in the region during this trip, this hotel felt like poor value for money. It was very noisy at night from outside - there were no problems with other hotel guests. The staff were not particularly friendly, but were helpful when dealing with questions.

No air conditioning and roomsat front very noisy when windows open

The hotel is share with a Youth-Hostel. Not air-conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast-room is not enough for 400 people, leaving in the Hotel.

Location is not very central. I expected more for this price, the rooms were very tiny, stuffy, WC was not very clean,no air conditionner. At arrival they told that I had a reservation for a single room, however after I showed a printed double room confirmation from Venere we were put in a double one. In Ljubljiana there are a lot of small private hotels and apartments - we stayed in one of them a week before, it was really better and cheaper at the same time.
