just a normal hotel, normal service, nothing special at all. very small room, low relationship price/quality. igienic paper in the toilet was just funny: so rude and cut in small pieces, they could offer better!! we had to send back once the milk at breakfast because it was yellow... otherwise breakfast was ok.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and it was a simple clean hotel with a good breakfast. Firstly you feel that the hotel is a little bit out of the center but Ljubljana is a very small city so that you can walk every where in the center in 15 minutes.

I've stayed in all three Grand Hotels (Union, Business, Garni). Garni is the furthest from downtown by just a couple of blocks. Still good value for the proximity to downtown restaurants/pubs. Parking is available in a garage next door.

I was expecting more from this hotel room because it doesn't coincide with what I was shown on the Web site. I thought I was getting a room with a bathtub, but we didn't. We just got a room with a shower that was barely usable. The other facilities were great, and we were misinformed about the massage parlor and pool until we asked. Those facilities were located in the Grand Hotel Union Executive.... Hmmmm... It would be better to forewarn your potiential customers about that fact. Thanks!
