Stayed at the hotel for one night, the porter service is not as expected -- at the entrance he said that he cannot park the car for us. And the parking garage can be somewhat confusing. However the reception staff is very friendly and quite helpful. The dinner restaurant staff was a bit bored since it was obviously a slow day. The service was therefore not as prompt as expected. Food quality was not satisfactory. On the other hand the self-service breakfast was very good. In all fairness I am going to return to the hotel, however, will not visit the restaurant.

We stayed in Ljubljana for a long weekend and the Austria Trend Hotel was excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. The room was lovely and there were lots of facilities. The free shuttle to and from the centre is a great service. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
