Summery Hotel - Lixouri

Excellent hotel in good location, next to small sandy beach. Staff and management on hand and extremely engaging, friendly and helpful. Rooms serviced daily if required, with clean bed linen and towels. Simple buffet breakfast and plenty of it. Many Greek families staying there so a good recommendation from that point. Good seafront restaurants a short walk away, also good supermarket opposite the hotel so small items of food and drinks could be bought cheaply for the fridge in the room. Free Wi-fi a bonus.All in all, an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel with friendly stuff, clean rooms and quiet location in Lixouri. Rooms are spacious enought, sea view room has a balcony with great view on bay. Take in mind this is officialy 2 stars hotel, so do not expect 4 stars level one. Some noise due to other guests from corridor/other rooms may be bothering for somebody, continental breakfast as well. On the other side you find here WiFi area, 2 PCs with fast internet at reception, hair dryer, individual (functioning !!!) A/C and refrigerator in the room, pool with a garden, piece of clean beach. Lixouri has very good location - in one hour you can reach almost each beach on an island. Discovering beaches seems to be very exciting sport in Kefalonia, except well-known don't hesitate to try natural ones with small villages, port, one-two tavernas and own atmosphere.
