If you want spend free time skying and dancing all nights for little money is the best place to go. Excellent location! Very close to ski lifts and night's club.

Freitag Abend war es zu laut, unter dem Hotel ist Abends Karaoke angesagt. Unsere Reservierung, die wir 6 Wochen vorher getätigt hatten wurde verwechselt, so daß wir am 2. Abend zu zweit ein winziges Einbettzimmer hatten, die anderen Hotels waren aufgrund der Pfingstferien belegt. Die Hotelrezeption hat nur von 9 Uhr bis 19 uhr offen, das Personal in der dazugehörigen Gaststätte kennt sich nicht aus mit den Zimmerschlüsseln, etc. Die Unterkunft war günstig, die Angestellten freundlich, der Aufenthalt war aber eher suboptimal.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A confirmation of booking is required a deposit of 50% of or the owner will charge the amount at the moment of booking though the credit card. Deposit will be retained in case of late cancellation or no show.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
