Vip Suites do Marquês - Lisbon

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. So nice with the small pool on the roof, perfect after all the walking. Good location, 5 min walk to a big metrostation and the tourist bus. Good breakfast if you avoided the hot drinks,not good, but the rest was great. The room was big but with a carpet, not good for allergy.

My husband and I liked this hotel. A bed room and lounge area are divided by sliding wall. There is a kitchennet and small bar fridge (electric stove and a small sink and a dining table)in a large room. House keeping delivers plate and necessary items and mini bar contents if you request. A full amenity and fresh towels available everyday. Good value Breakfast. It is about 20 min walk to Praca Do Comerco. 7 min Yellow bus stop. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning doesn't work well in the hot summer. They gave to us a room which the air conditioning wasn't working at all. After we complained about it they changed us to a twin bedroom (and we are a young - recently married couple) because it was the only one available (???). This left me really upset because we booked with 6 months in advance! Despite this inconvenience, the room was huge! And the breakfast is delicious!!! And the staff very helpful. Internet in the lobby is very slow. Swimming pool on rooftop is small and we found a broken bottle in the pool area. Overall a good stay. I would came back!

Nice hotel, centrally located. Big rooms with kitchenette and fridge. Could have used a little vacuuming on the floors, but good overall. We came back to stay again on a return trip to Lisbon.

Phenomenal quality/price ratio--huge room at a very reasonable rate. Internet access is not included, and the rates for that are too high.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms! Perfect for families. Good location, 5 minutes by taxi down town, and taxis in Portugal are cheap!

This hotel was very good value for money, it was spacious, clean and quite. the only problem we had was that the heating was not working for the three days that we stayed there and it was the end of december, so very cold. we were not informed of this until i asked and were not offered any extra blankets or even a discount. i was very disappointed about this.

Over all this hotel was fantastic could'nt fault it.Only problem was the road works outside the hotel till late at night.However i know this was out of your control also the staff did handle the situation well. Many thanks for making our stay one to remember. Stephen

As a couple with a 1 year child the size of the room was great, it even had a small kitchenette that was very helpful. On the other hand the cleanliness of the carpet (of the room and public areas) was poor what left my wife and kid with respiratory allergy. The surroundings have no attractions within walking distance, it's much more far from Av. da Liberdade than it seems on the webpage map. I would recommend it to singles or couples without children, or business travellers, although it's quite far from tourist attractions the taxis in Lisbon are cheap and rooms are comfortable (if you don't have dust allergy)

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but it wasn't exactly charming. I was looking for a hotel near the airport--and while this is technically near the airport, it is right smack in the middle of downtown and around the corner from the Veneza (where we had stayed a week before). Had we known the actual location, we would have stayed at the Veneza again--a much warmer and more charming hotel. The Suites do Marques has a parking garage that was a harrowing experience and I couldn't imagine a full sized car in such tight places. Again, this hotel is OK, but nothing special at all--and I would not stay here if I was visiting Lisbon on vacation...

A very good adress if you like spacious room. In winter it is also very pleasant to enjoy a smooth and efficient heating. But the connection to internet is very expensive, we had to go in a cyber -bar ... Last but not least, there was a little "kitchen area" in the room, so we were able to cook at diner, that is a good way to save money !

When we leaved the hotel they claimed an extra price of 8 euro per day for the car parking. In your pricing this cost was included . i had to pay this extra charge ( 32 euros in total) . I am very disappointed best regards
