Expensive (for us) but luxurious. Excellent breakfast included in price, vast choice and good value. Near to public transport to town or coast, and very near to riverside promenade.

Nice hotel, a little out of center but good tram connections, good breakfast. Friendly stuff - especially at breakfast. We did not use the pool. Walking distance to Belem.

At the time when I stayed at the Hotel, the surroundings were marred by on-going construction work in the neighbouring site. This, of course, is a temporary set back for quality of one's stay - otherwise well situated for the Congress Centre + the Belém area.

Probably the best all-around hotel we stayed in during 3 weeks of travel in Portugal and Spain. Great breakfasts, near transportation, clean, between the two major tourist areas of Lisbon, and near the new waterside restaurant/bar area in Lisbon. All that and live opera in the lobby.

It was my first time in Lisbon. This hotel has some very good advantages and a coupe of disadvantages. disadvantages: in a very noisy area: trains, cars and even planes!! Even when the windows (double) are closed you can suffer from the noise if you are on the riverside. Other disadvantage: pretty remote area. Then you have to pay to use the swimmimming pool and the sauna. Advantages: huge breakfeast, price are very moderate even the extras (except laundry!). You can use a parking whose price is moderate. Otherwise: clean, professional and a lot of good amenities

Excellent value. Even thought the property is a little out of the way, easy access through public transportation. The price we paid compared to the quality of the room was fantastic. Only downside was the staff. They were not particularly helpful and didn't seem to know a great deal about restaurants or other tourist possibilities.

No Parking for handicaped persons near Reception neither close to the ascensors at the garage. The Hotel bar had no more meat sandwich when I asked the first night at 11.30 pm. Our friends were charged different rates for the second night without being noticed at the checking it was normal acording the Hotel policy (diferent charges when the hotel was overbooked). We had to call the Hotel Manager and ask for the Complaints Book.

It was a lovely hotel with offering a splendid breakfast - champagne (sparkling wine) morning of my wife's birthday, friendly staff, nice ambience, good location even though it wasn't right in town centre - tram ride away. The only downside was having to pay to use the swimming facility.

Excellent hotel a little out of the city but only 5 euros each way by taxi. A 10 minute walk to the Doca de Sto Amaro for great restaurants and bars and wonderful views of the river and bridge. Visit Sintra for a never to be forgotten day - a World Heritage site.

Consigliato.

This property was a pleasant surprise. We arrived on a Friday night while a couple of opera singers and a pianist entertained the guested gathered in the lobby. A bit too loud for check-in, but the kids in spite of being extremely tired, loved the "show". We stayed on the 15th floor in a couple of spacious rooms. POSITIVE NOTE: Breakfast spread was very decent with a good choice of healthy items. We ended up not being charge extra for parking in the hotel's garage. There is, however, some parking space available for parking on the street. The hotel offers easy access to the freeway and is smack below the Ponte Sobre o Tejo (Portuguese version of the Golden Gate in San Francisco, CA). NEGATIVE NOTE: Internet access is too expensive (Euro $25.00 for unlimited 24 hr. access), and there is a charge to use the gym/pool area.

A causa delle molte cose da fare a Lisbona non abbiamo potuto usufruire delle altre facility messe a disposizione dall'hotel ( piscina, iacuzzi etc ). Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista.

One of the nicest hotels in Lisbon, and I only paid 50 euros a night. The location on the river is great to go out on the Docks area, but you have to take the suburban train to get to the metro, but it's convenient to take the train to the beach at Estoril, and it's walkable to Torre Belem.
