La atención y el trato son muy buenos. Se encuentra fácilmente, está bien situado en la parte alta. Las habitaciones están bien y la limpieza también. Lo mejor es el desayuno, porque hay mucha cantidad y es de buena calidad. Hay que ir a la piscina!! En general, muy agradables y correctos

Petite piscine mais fort agréable après la visite de la ville dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de transats. Hôtel excentré par rapport au centre ville mais situé à moins de 700 mètres du métro et d'un parc et d'un musée magnifique

Nice staff, very friendly.Well located. Cleaning personal makes a little noise in the morning. They must solve this (very common) problem. Metro very close. Wonderful restorant to eat cod nearby.Nice swimming pool.

We did't like the carpet in room and on the floors. And we didn't like the dark windowcolour in the room - it makes light artifically. The breakfast was very very poor. We were quite dissapointed. But you can get easyly into the city with the metro and it's not far from the airport.

The localization was good, ok is not at the center of old Lisbon, but the city is pretty big, and there's a metro 3 minutes form the hotel, they are building a link with a new line and they'll have an entrance in front (almost), and the metro is great to move around; the "corte ingles" where you can buy anything is just outside the metro, so really handy, it even has a cinema and restaurants, and the area is really nice. The hotel is great for a 3 star hotel, one could almost fell its a 4 star, but you fell as you're in a neglected 4 star hotel, they just don't care!, the pool was clean, but with leafs; they keep your luggage, but they don't help you with it, you have to pay deposit for everything... but keeping in mind is a 3 star and your paying 75 euros by night is one of the best hotels you can find!!!

The room offered was rather dark, but clean. The pool on the roof was a welcome bonus and the proximity of the metro, bus routes and Il Cortes Ingles were all beneficial. The amount of building work around the hotel and on the metro extension was inconvenient, but will improve in time and the hotel will be at a crossroads on the excellent transport system. The proximity to the parks, Eduardo VII, and museum of modern art together with the Jacaranda trees in blossom (Late May) made this a memorable City Break.

Beautiful hotel, clean and large room, good breakfast .. helpful staff who help us to find another hotel to continue our journey .. affordable price for such quality.

nice hotel, friendly service, the rooms to the court are more quiet than the others du to constructions outside, very nice pool on the top, the location of the hotel is not really in the citycenter but the metro takes 10 minutes

un accueil glacial où l'on m'a fait croire que je n'avais pas de chambre réservée a mon nom!!! en fait comme je m'étais trompé une première fois, j'ai annulé m'a première réservation (type de chambre incorrect) 10 minutes après l'avoir passé (donc dans les délais attendus) puis j'ai réservé tout de suite après les 2 doubles que je désirais. pour vérifier, j'ai téléphoné a l'hotel la veille de mon arrivé tout était ok. mais sur place, le receptionniste a été très impoli, me disant qu'il ne fallait pas annuler de réservation (comme si je l'avais fait expres !) s'il n'était pas 23h00, on ne serait pas resté. a noter qu'en plus les voitures de taille moyenne ne rentre pas dans le parking et que la piscine ressemble plus a un bassin pour les canards... point positif le petit dej'!

The parking garage is almost impossible to get in and out of. Do not use it unless you are well insured or have the smart car. Any bigger car needs two people to be able to park it without damaging it.

I have stayed in this hotel for 10 days and received excellent service, the room was great and buffet breakfasts wonderful. The location of this hotel is very good. Close to the metro, shops and business district.

Our overall stay was fine. I expected a bigger room for the price we paid. The hotel is located near a metro station and the staff was very nice and polite. I don't think I will stay in Sana Reno again only because the room was too small and even though it was non-smoking room it smelled like people have been smoking there.

The staff members of the hotel were very nice. However, the rooms were quite cramped.

Dear Sir, I would like to make a complaint. The story is given as follows: When I checked out the Sana Reno hotel in Lisbon, Portgual, dated on 17 April about 1130am, I gave the clerk at the reception of the Sana Reno Hotel 200 Euro cash for the bill 150.3 Euro and he took it and went to print my receipt. Then he only gave me the receipt but he forgot to give me changes. When I asked him whether he forgot to give me changes, he said he did give me changes. But I could not find any changes. Even I came back Taiwan and checked more than twice. He must forget to return my changes. Although it is only 49 Euro, it is a honest problem. Please help me check if there is an extra 49 Euro dated April 17 in the hotel balance. And ask the clerk again if he too old to remember the changes or he did not tell me the truth. nice hotel, conveniently located between two underground stations, a little noisy when windows open. Small but sufficient pool area on the roof for relaxation after an exhausting day in the city.

This is a nice hotel not to fare from down-town. Using the nearby metro station you use about 20 minutes to city center.

Fare away from main shoping area and restaurant area

we were very satisfied with our room and the hotel - but the ventilation noice level was higher than expected - we wonder if the this was the case only on the 8th floor.
