We were in Lisbon for a business meeting and some tourism. The Zenit proved to be an excellent choice. It is a little further from the old city than I might have preferred but our choice there was unavailable and the Zenit was a more than adequate alternative. The prepaid rate of 80 Euros per might was a really good deal and very handy to the metro system etc.

A very nice smaller hotel, close to all tourist amenities. Excellent staff who should be commended for their ability to converse in multi languages. Parking was fun to get a car into the tiny elevator.

Location is not too far from center. Rooms are o.k.but a bit small if you have 3 cases.

It's a good hotel, but the center is a bit far. You need to take a bus or tube.

The hotel is nice but it is in a residual and business area. Metro and buses are handy but there are not a lot of nice restaurant to choose from. We were looking for some good local food. The hotel staff recommended one restaurant and the food is OK.

The hotel is well located and the price/quality ratio excellent. My room had everything I needed (including WiFi). This was my first visit to Lisbon and the hotel made it a pleasent one. On the down side the parking facilities are rather small and unfit for a large car.

The hotel is not where described on the map. It is not located in the city centre but close to a metro station. It has refurbished rooms. Cleaners were really noisy in the early morning and the cleanliness of the room was poor.

This was our first visit to Lisbon & we were pleased with our choice of hotel, which is in a quiet area well away from the centre but near good public transport links - however we walked everywhere or used taxis on occasion (6 -10 euros) "Official" website maps are inaccurate (check Tripadvisor comments for accurate way to locate hotel.) Room was quiet & very comfortably furnished with effective air conditioning. Staff were efficient & friendly. Buffet breakfast offered a range of hot & cold food (but coffee not too good). We had dinner at the hotel once & it was good value & well served. Paul at Reception recommended a couple of up-market restaurants in Lisbon where we enjoyed the ambiance & the quality of food. The Gulbenkian Museum & Art Gallery is within walking distance of the hotel & well worth a visit.

close walking distance to shopping areas and the metro as well to business complexes. the price was prety low as what to expect for such a location. accomodation is nice but not perfect. but therefore it has a great price which is really worth it. connecting to the hotspot was a bit of a problem (I didn't manage to...), but I haven't ask for any help either. so no one can really be blamed on. that.

Excellent service from a terrific front desk staff who spoke flawless English and bent over backwards to give us insider tips, make reservations for us, etc. Particularly (manager?) Paulo was a gem. On the whole, this is a cute, well-designed hotel at a great price. The decor is fun and stylish, but not expensive-grade. Standard rooms are the normal small euro size, but nice. Good bathrooms and other amenities. Very new. The location is just off the Metro, in a surprisingly nice neighborhood that has cafes, restaurants, a couple malls, car-rental, and more. We were in Baixa in a few minutes by Metro, and most cab rides were under 5 Euro. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and an incredible deal. Normally we like to be right in the middle of it all, but given how accessible everything was, save your money by staying at the Zenit and spend it on taxis and great restaurants...

Pros: Outstanding hotel rooms, bathroom, lobby, and exterior -- similar to a “W” or high-end Westin in the U.S. Cost was very reasonable at €85 per night in April 2008 Taxi cab fare to/from airport should cost just €10 including a tip, and takes about 15 minutes Neighborhood is clean and feels safe Cons: Hotel is a 20-30 minute walk from any attractions -- walk is pleasant but plan accordingly if going to bars or intending to return to hotel room during the day (I walked from Barrio Alto to the hotel as late as 4:00 AM and felt safe, however, hailing a taxi can be difficult during peak bar hours so you may find yourself doing a lot more walking back to the hotel than you’d like) Internet isn’t free and is expensive (€5 per hour or €20 per day) Overall: An outstanding hotel and I would absolutely stay here again

Very nice hotel: Nice and modern decoration Location: outside city centre by with good links to get everywhere Rooms: Very clean every day, but quite noisy if you have people staying next door. Tip: go for coffee to the Cafe Versalles as it is quite old and has lots of character

I liked the hotel really very much. The price is very reasonable for such a nice hotel. The room was beautiful though a little bit small. The staff was very friendly. Room service was on the high level. To mark the drawbacks - the pillows are not very comfortable, but you can take the extra pillow - and it will be ok. As well, in our double room we had 2 beds with wheels on their legs, so sometimes we found gap between our beds)) All in all I have a very good impression abt this hotel an strongly recommend it to those who would like to get good quality for reasonable price.

The hotel was really googd_ the room were clean and modern and very well furnished....maybe not so big as a thought but really fantastic. The position was incredibile: 6 minutes by bus and we were in the most central place of the city. Moreover we could move to every important place of lisbon 'cause there was a bus stop with lots of different "lines" and a Taxi stop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. I have to say that the girl working at the Reception was very kind :she booked 2 different restaurants ans they were very good. So at the end i give to Lisbon Zenit a very positive feedback.

We stayed two weeks in Hotel Zenit. The ordinary double rooms seemed to be a little bit small for two persons for such a long stay. It is also strange that the elevators of a completely renovated hotel can be so slow. And the breakfast music was too loud - who want disco early in the morning? Beyond this, the service was good enough and the rooms and other areas were clean. Acceptable, but may be not the most charming hotel of Lisboa.

Really nice room, modern style. The nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. And I have been travelling more than most people for the last 30 years (admit not only in 5 star hotels). Good dinner in the restaurant. This I could really recommend all of my friends. It was a "pleasure" stay.

It was a pity that the breakfast was not included in the room price. The breakfast was so expensive that we chose to eat all our 7 breakfasts ata café down the road. If the hotel had included breakfast in the room price we were offered we would have rated quality vs price to 10. However, we could not afford a higher room price than what we paid, we haed all ready reached our price limit. Apart from this we have no negative comments.

Very nice hotel, everything is brand new with nice employees. Breakfast was not included on the offer so we had a bad surprise at check-out. 45 minutes walk from downtown Lisbon but 2 Metro stations 50 m away from the hotel. Also true with buses. I recommend this hotel.
