The room cleaners are poorly trained and their courtesy is less than desirable. The web-page is rather misleading in what concerns the availability of breakfast at the rate offered!

Vip Zurique is a modern and rather comfortable hotel with a very friendly staff but its location is far from ideal. It's located close to the arena (Campo Pequeno) and you have to take the subway or the bus to get to the city center. We chose it because it has a swimming pool but having to take the metro all the time rapidly becomes a burden. The area itself is very unlively with little reastaurants and bars, and a lot of houses are demolished or about to be. Also, you have to pay extra for the breakfast that isn't that special to start with...

In my opinion, it should be specified where the hotel stays (i.e. with a map of the city) and the connection with the centre.

The price at the web, included breakfast but we had to pay for it. The location at the map is not very clear, you hardly can read the name of the streets. It will be practical the web shows the telephone number of the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €7,00 per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellations the first night of your stay
will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
