Vip Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa - Lisbon

I am very dissapointed with the service of the hotel because I made a call of 7 minutes to Argentina.The main problem was that price was not the same price that the screen in my room mark which was only 7.60 euros. As a result I had to pay 80 euros more than I expected.

Beautiful hotel, great location - best value for the money in over 2 dozen hotels we have stayed in this trip. Definately would stay here again if in Lisbon

Very ood new hotel very near the Entrecampos railway station. Had some problems with wifi connection. Taxi drivers are usually can not understand which VIP is it b/c it is new and you better shoud say that is is with "orange glass". In general OK.

I selected the hotel because it was close to the Fondacao Gulbenkian museum. Which it is. But it is very far from everything else in Lisbon. On the other hand, parking on weekends on the street near the hotel is free and available so our rental car sat and we took taxis and the Metro, which stops very near the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, if a bit sterile. The cost of breakfast is exorbitant at 20 euro. On weekends there are few other options in the neighborhood but you just feel as if your pocket got picked. Even if the service at breakfast is impeccable and the food is fine.

The room looked well presented, but the bathroom did not close which was pain cause everytime you took a shower that steamed up the room. We constantly had to ask for an extra cup and glass even though they were aware they were 2staying in the room.The Spa area was very small and it would have been nice to be shown round.some of the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, but constantly staring and crowding by the reception desk made it look very unprofessional. Staff were unable to recommend a restaurant/bar within in walking distance of the hotel. The cocktails at the bar were not that great and the presentation was very poor. Overall the hotel looks great in pictures but remember by the swimming area part of it is boarded up, the hotel is not great value for money especially when you have to pay extra in order to have milk in your tea!

Excellent hotel, service and location.

We were greeted by an English speaking door-woman who helped us find a great nearby restaurant. The desk personnel were very helpful, lining up an early morning taxi and helping to arrange a tour of the city. The hotel restaurant was outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We found the staff very helpful especially Sergio and staff at the counter and doorman helping us to book for a Fado show and suggesting places to see.

Quite expensive. Just a normal 5 star hotel for business people. Breakfast is so-so for the money which they charge for it. It's better to go outside the hotel for the breakfast, there are a plenty of nice cafe's around. You won't lose anything.
